Made multiple attempts to contact and gain more information on what I could afford what my best route would be and was never contacted. When I finally got in contact with someone they told me what they couldn't do instead of how they could help or what my options were. Unprofessional overall and a poor experience.

The Brian Manning Team was cool, calm, and collected. They navigated through the VA process with precision. Someone was always available when I had questions or was just nervous and needed to hear it is normal. I am not sure what a better loan company would look like. This one seems close to perfection.

Brian was great. Responded quickly to questions and made the process smooth in spite of some issues on our end. Mortgage was funded in time for closing. Brian also worked a mortgage for our son who was a first time home buyer. He took good care of of him and made sure he understood the process. Brian was highly recommended by our realtor, which says volumes about his integrity. I would definitely recommend.
