Chad was very knowledgeable and reassuring. We were extremely worried that our house was going to start crumbling around us. He reassured use that our house has good bones and just needed a little foundation repair. Thanks Chad for being amazing at your job. I would use them for any structural engineering needs. We will also hire them on top of a regular home inspection in the future when purchasing property.

Inspectors were friendly and explained their findings, answered all questions and spent all the time we needed if there was something we didn’t quite understand. Inspectors were very thorough in their duties, crawling in the crawl spaces looking into all electric panels and gave us their recommendations on items that were deficient or needed attention!
