Services
Recently, tep has had a change in leadership. In June of 2018, Russell Fischer P.E., CFM, Jack Taber, and Kirk Richardson (all long time tep employees) purchased tep from Jerry Ledford, who remains a vital part of our vast wealth of knowledge and experience and valued team member to tep. As discussions about the purchase of tep were being completed, a renewed vision began to emerge that would build on our tradition and history.
Russ Fischer worked as a Project Engineer with tep from 1998 to 2011, returned in 2017 as Sr. Project Engineer and is part of the ownership group that purchased the firm in 2018. He has a wide range of experience in transportation, site development, residential and commercial projects, and project management.
An in-depth discussion with a land surveyor will help determine what type of land survey you may need. This will also allow the surveyor to help determine the level of detail and accuracy that best suits the intended use of the survey. One of the first things that Engineers should do, when a client comes to them with land that they want to develop or build on, is to check if there is floodplain on the property.
Land Planning is where it begins. Here at tep, we desire to be your partner, to listen to your ideas and then take your ideas to concepts. Why is land planning so important in land development? It is an integral part of any successful project. Have an idea for your land but don't know what to do or where to begin?
Civil engineering is a professional engineering discipline that deals with the design, construction, and maintenance of the physical and naturally built environment, including works like roads, bridges, drainage channels, dams, and buildings. Civil Engineering also covers the design of the infrastructure system which includes water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer.
