Adam has resided in Jacksonville since 2001, but hails from Maui, Hawaii. He married his wife, Nicole, in 2002 and the two of them have two wonderful children together: Asher and Maile. Prior to law, Adam specialized in small business management and originally attended law school to supplement his business expertise.

Mr. Dugan and his staff are quite professional and personable. He initially sat with my wife and me to review our needs in estate planning. Once all that information was gathered, he had us return for a review conference. I really appreciated the way he presented all of the documents with a power point presentation. He explained the meaning of the legalese in the body of the documents in simple terms. A final session then occurred for signing of the documents making everything legal and up to date. He gave excellent advise throughout the entire process.

We had a great experience working with Adam and his team! Planning for your death isn't exactly fun, but Adam kept it engaging. He was very patient and thorough when explaining complicated legal mumbo jumbo and we are better educated and prepared for the future. We would highly recommend Adam!!!

Adam offers a wonderful service at a very reasonable price. My sister and I have been looking for someone to help our mother’s estate after her passing. And was astonished at the prices for probate. Some of the lawyers we talked to prices ranged from 4,000 to 10,000 to start. Adam did for a fraction of the price. And at the end he sent a small refund check back the me for unused services. To me that says a lot about Adam!

When my brother was murdered I was the one given the task to find a lawyer who could help us with probate as my brother hadn't written a will.
