The Diversified Technique of Chiropractic Adjusting is the most commonly used of all techniques and probably the most familiar to patients. It is a widely used type of Chiropractic manipulation/adjustment. The Diversified manipulation/adjustment involves a high velocity, low-amplitude thrust delivered by the hand and possibly with the assistance from a table or block.
This is a specific chiropractic method and is a variation of the Diversified technique that uses a special table with several segments called drop pieces. These segments can be cocked up a fraction of an inch, so when the thrust is delivered, the table will drop this fraction of an inch. The object of the drop is to distract (open) the joint during the adjustment.

Great experience from the moment I walked in until I checked out. The office manager was super friendly and answered any questions I had. Dr. B made me feel comfortable and she spent a good amount of time discussing my health history/symptoms and plan of care. After a handful of treatments I already feel positive results. I absolutely love Shine! I go weekly for my adjustments. I got adjusted all through my pregnancy and it made my pregnancy and labor so much easier! I’ve been taking my 5month old regularly and it does wonders for him. Helps his digestion, his latch, gas, and he always takes the best naps afterwards! I highly recommend Shine.
