Dr. Noel Mairena, D. C. offers supervised weight loss. Our weight loss programs consist of a 6 week program designed to help you lose 20-30 pounds per cycle, and in some cases more. I recently moved and in the process of lifting and moving boxes I did something to irritate my sciatic nerve. It was so bad at one point that it was difficult to do basic activities and was really impacting my quality of life. I suffered from headaches and neck pain for about two years after having a car accident before I decided to go to the doctor. I was extremely nervous. I have always been skeptical of chiropractics, but all of my worries subsided after my first visit with Dr. Mairena. With his methods, I have found relief and clarity, mentally and physically. He’s very understanding and works with busy schedules. As a student, I was concerned with pricing, but was happy to learn how reasonable his prices were. Great experience and would recommend to anyone who is experiencing any pain or discomfort.

When I walk into the door, I was badly injured from a car accident I was involved in. I had so much pain, fell into a depressed, and lost who I was, because of what happen to me. So much pain that I was crying. When I spoke to Dr Noel Mairena. He understood my pain. He looks at me directly and told me everything’s was going to be ok, that it was going to take time. But that he was going to do everything he can for me to get better. And he did! He’s words were meant and honest. I admit it was a time process, but it was worth everything’s he did for me to get me better even though it was so
