I ended up leaving early because the stomping was that terrible. Anyways I had asked LaShana if I could sublet and she insulted me and called me a "nuisance". What kind of "operational manager" talks to their tenants like that? She should be ashamed of herself. There should be a class action lawsuit against these people and their awful tenants.

I had nothing but great experiences with Trinity. They were highly attentive, friendly, and helpful - ESPECIALLY TJ! She's the absolute best. Sometimes it's a little difficult to get ahold of the front desk, but they usually answer by the second time I call. And the maintenance crew is wonderful! Very helpful!!

This is a review of Trinity VALLEJO, apparently there is another, unrelated Trinity in SF. They were a class act, repairs were quick, any problems were quickly resolved with a phone call. The property owner where I live wanted to do an illegal rent increase and fired Trinity when they refused.

I recommend renting from Trinity Management. The office staff is very efficient and attentive to the needs of the Tennant. The owner of the company (TJ) will even follow up with the concerns that you brought to their attention to make sure that it was taken care of in a timely manner. I would rent from Trinity again.

Trinity management has been a great help in getting my family and I situated in a beautiful home! They made the process of moving in so easy and quick. They were very understanding and accommodating. Shanna was a huge help and great to work with. She made the whole process such a breeze. Her showings were amazing and really made us see how we could live comfortably in this new space. I would absolutely rent from Trinity Management again. They have always been understanding and accommodating with me and any situation that came my way. If you want to feel helpless and stupid for asking if your services are restored after a fire. look no further trinity managment will not care about you at all.
so this is a very rude place to do business with ..recent fire and I have smoke damage.. so I have no gas or hot water.. no biggie just want to reachbout and get a timeline. instead im offered a chance to move. background water gets turned off in our building constantly and we never get any comunications from the management company. repairs do not get repaired for months .we had a fire in our building. and they didnt even contact us

I've been living in a Trinity managed apartment since February, and it is a godawful nightmare.
Where should I begin.... They're completely uncommunicative. If you call them to report a maintenance issue, there's no return phone call. You're going to have to learn to live with whatever is broken, or hire a contractor yourself. If they're going to be doing work on the apartment, whether it's cutting off your water for the day, or using a jackhammer outside your bedroom window at 7am, don't expect any advance notice. And if they leave that project halfway

Don't do anything with this company! It is impossible for them to be responsible for ANYTHING. Their long term tenants are weird, uneducated, rude people who could make a lot of noise and make you think your home is an open space. My ceiling is shaking because of the upstairs! And this apartment manager said they are not responsible for doing anything for those jerks who kept paying for rent to them more than 10 years.

As a landlord trying to do it on my own... I was completely taken advantage of. Trinity to the rescue. Totally professional and diligent got my back rent paid and kept me apprised of the entire situation. Lots of great advice and service. Don't try to do it on your own!! Too many laws & hassle. This is why there's professionals!

They Never Work On Time. I agree with other review about extremely unprofessional. They never show up and finish work on time, from the first open house to finally signed the lease. I always ask them first about their available appointments, then they aways showed not only late, but more than 1 hour or 2 hours late. Everything is broken in my apartment and they never fix anything on time.
