Viktor was prepared full of knowledge about my neighborhood and some background on my home. He’d run some stats on the micro-market I was located in. He was forthcoming and honest about his expectations, of activity during the marketing process. Richard was quiet and observant. His wheels were turning, as he walked around my disheveled home, noticing the architecture. Little did I know that Richard was gearing up to deliver the most unexpected presentation. I had to come here and post after two comments I put on Facebook with negative press on Viktor got deleted. Definitely DO NOT recommend dealing with Viktor and his highly unethical way of selling houses. He was extremely unresponsive with my realtor when I was buying. He was extremely shady and got away with allowing the seller (his client) and himself dish out lies to make a sale.

So so helpful and hard working! I definitely recommend working with realty world Hercules for any of your real estate needs or questions. They have helped me and my family the last 10 + years with other properties, and I can't say anything but great things. I recently used Jaime and his team to rent my house as I live out of state, they simply took the stress out of a very stressful thing to do!! Previous tenant left a mess behind, Jaime ans his team fixed and cleaned up at the lowest cost from 3 estimates, and have qualified new tenants already. Highly recommended.

My Husband and I met Viktor through my parents who had been renting with Realty World for several years. We made one failed attempt to sell our home and long story short were looking for a more aggressive realtor to relist our home. I was working with Viktor and his assistant Jaime on a property they were going to rent out for an owner. I wanted to see her property so I called spoke with Jaime and he says to meet him at the property at 2:00 i get to the property at 1:55 and no one is there but the owner of the property. We knock and she kindly shows us around for 35 minutes which was really nice of her bc that is the job of the realtors who didn't even show up until after she had showed us the entire house. I dealt with this company years ago, specifically Victor and Richard. They're both unprofessional and misleading. I really need to post this review to help the public recognize how shady this place is, but there are just too many details for me to type! I'm getting aggravated just reminiscing about my experience!
These 2 guys will literally waste your time and effort, then after you've met all their criteria, they'll make it seem like it's your fault when a deal doesn't happen.

Most unprofessional group of realtors I have met with yet. Unorganized, rude and classless. I'm very disappointed with the experience of viewing a potential new home with one of Viktor's associates. I'm actually appalled at the way I was treated and the behavior I received from an agent representing this joke of a company. After viewing the property and getting harassed I tried to complain to Viktor via phone and expressed how upset I was and how unprofessional his associate was. As a business owner i can appreciate how many moving parts there are in making people feel comfortable and I can say Richard J. White did exactly that for me.
He was available to me, he communicated with me every step of the way, and we ended up with the house rental we really wanted in less than 2 days. He put time and hard work into making sure I would be satisfied and happy with my outcome. I felt he had my best interests in mind and he did the job in record time. Very efficient, very pleasant, and very thorough.

So if you want the most awquard expierences EVER when you are looking to give someone 15-20k a year to rent a spot, look no further!!!
They looked at me and my friend like we were aliens speaking a foreign language. Made me feel bad for even asking them to rent a property that I know one of their agents showed me a few months ago.
Then when we asked if they had any connections on renting places they said "we have nothing for you...."
WOW I have never felt so wierd EVER, I'm all about customer service and I give them a 1 star ONLY bc I can't give then a 1/2 or .25 star!

Richard White at Realty World of Hercules and Pinole did me WRONG. They made me feel like I got the property, and then gave me the run around about how I needed to turn in more forms for their approval. Then at the last minute, they told me I didn't get the rental property I was applying for and that it was my fault for not getting the property. I would not recommend them to anyone as realtors as they are not trustworthy.
