Your cake will be the talk of the party! Kris did such a beautiful job with my son's 1 year birthday cake! She collaborated with my planner on the design and it came out exactly as I envisioned. I received a ton of compliments on the cake, and it was delicious too - red velvet with cream cheese buttercream frosting.

Submitted a request for a custom cake. Gave details and mentioned I could send a picture of what I was looking for. Got quoted $45. Called to discuss as no image request was made. Her phone battery died so I text. I didn’t get a call back. Instead got texted double the price based on the image I text. Before quoting any price, they should confirm and read the request before making assumptions.

Krisota made an amazing cake for my daughter's first birthday, she made an amazing cookies and cream semi naked cake with fresh flowers and it was absolutely beautiful AND delicious. Usually I've had gorgeous cakes made at other shops for events and they never taste as good as they look. Krisota is so talented and I can't wait to order more goodies for any future events...or when I just want to satisfy my sweet tooth.

Really fun place. Good food. Not fussy.
Some of the desserts they had little samples for so young could try before buying (like at an ice cream place) which is one of those things that seems obvious when you think about it but seemed miraculous at the time.
Everyone liked what they had.
Also the staff was quite nice.

Krisota just made the cake for our wedding of 120 people, and it was incredible. She was so so easy to work with, flexible with delivery, and made a cake people could not stop talking about. It was beautiful and delicious. She made our vision come to life! She's definitely someone I'll go back to for future events!

Kris made an amazing cake for my friends woodland themed baby shower. After researching multiple places around the area, I decided to choose her. The mother to be chose 3 flavors and Kris made a helpful suggestion of combining what she wanted which was yellow cake with cannoli filling and chocolate ganache. The cake was a hit at the baby shower! Guests were buzzing about the design and taste. If you have any doubts, hesitate no more and you won't be disappointed.

This cake is really nice. We ordered our son's own cake for individual consultation. I ordered a special cake for my son who loves roblox games and baseball, and he got a really nice cake. Everyone at the party was amazed and the cake was amazing. Thanks to Krisotascake shop for helping us have a great party.

It looked just like what I wanted for him. He thought it was so cool and that’s all that matters to me. She was really modest about her talent in making this design come to light. I appreciated her honesty through our conversations. I knew based on her other works she’d do wonders❤️🙏🏻 Her empanadas were delicious too.👏🏻 Though the cake tasted better room temperature for me. No complaints and will buy again. Sorry for the very late review

As a resident of Teaneck, I've always passed by this shop on my way to UPS. The store front looks appealing and their baked goods looked beautifully made. I am not sure why it took so long for us to visit, but we finally did after checking out some reviews. The empanadas and tres leches cakes we're highly recommended.
Their empanadas seems to sell out rather quickly. My hubby stopped by today and their mushrooms empanadas were all sold out around 1pm. Maybe we'll get lucky when we visit for the third time (they were closed on a Monday when we attempted to stop by a few weeks ago

AMAZING CAKE!!!! I sent her a picture of what I wanted it to look like and I was so impressed how it looked!! I gave her some modifications for the photo and she listened and it came out amazing everyone loved it !! I recommend 100% we ordered the tres leches cake and everyone loved how it tasted not to sweet and not over moist!

Was on the block today running an errand and decided to pop into Krisota's. Apparently they've been open since July of this year and don't keep many goods in the store due to our current situation. (Totally get it!)
They specialize in cakes and according to the young lady at the counter, they can produce fresh cakes in about a day or two which I think is amazing! Most places I know need at least 8-10 days!
They offer caffeinated beverages, empanadas ( a bit odd I think) but why not? They also had cupcakes in stock. I decided to Purchase the highly recommended peanut butter and

Kris is absolutely amazing. She's very responsive and professional. I sent her a picture with a few modifications and the cake came out exactly as I wanted. Not only was it pretty but the the cake itself was delicious.. I ordered vanilla and chocolate with dulce de leche buttercream Let's just say everyone came back for a second piece.

All we could say is wow! Kris was the most pleasant person to work with. Not only was she very responsive, she was thorough and asked all the right questions. I sent her an example of the cake that I wanted and she delivered well over our expectations and was so perfect for our lumberjack theme! It was the star of the show and many of guest were in awe! Kris made my son's Cake and cupcakes for his 1st birthday party. The cake didn't come out exactly what I had in mind, we initially talked about a naked cake but because of some issues Kris had to come up with a different plan BUT... it came out better than what I had in mind!!! Went well with our theme which was Mickey Mouse safari! I think her level of creativity when it comes to her cakes definitely deserves a 5 star rating. Then the taste of her cakes!? Yummy!!!! It left my guests guessing the kind of filling that was in it, when I say it was Dulce de Leche, they immediately say "

I wasn't sure what to expect, but in the end I was extremely happy. The vanilla with rich chocolate filling was moist and tasty. The cake design was on point- figurines, neat lettering and taste.
The best part of this process was the look on my husband's face when he saw the cake.

I had my cake for my sons first birthday party cake and smash cake done by Kris and it was a great experience.
She was so helpful from the beginning helping me chose flavors and also helped bringing the cake to life based on the theme and inspiration images I provided.

I reached out to almost 10 difference specialty cake designers who deliver to/within Manhattan for my bff's surprise 40th birthday dinner. I was referred to Krisota by Cakes by Edie, and I am so glad I was. Kris was amazing. All my questions were answered immediately and the pricing was very competitive. Delivery charge was not much more even coming from NJ. I requested a cake shaped like "40" with the Yankees pinstripes as my bff is an avid Yankees fan. We had the pleasure of tasting the Tres Leches flavor and my goodness was it delicious! Very moist, not overly sweet, good flavor
