He was extremely responsive from our very first contact to the day of our wedding, instantly answering all of our questions by text/email/phone, and was easygoing, warm and very receptive to our ideas during our initial meeting for cake tasting and cake design. He provided many many pictures and design ideas during the planning stages and we were able to integrate these into a single plan for our dream cake.
