I have both my kids in classes here.
We love REG!!! We love the cleanliness, the kindness, and the great coaching. If you are looking for a positive experience for all ages, this is the place for you. Parents are treated with respect, the customer service is amazing, my children are learning skills appropriate for their age. We are so happy to have found Eric and his team at REG.

Came in for a birthday party and it was fun. The kids loved it and my oldest wanted to join mainly for the leotard but we live over an hour away so we can't join here. But the party was great and most of the time everyone was at the foam pit. The zip line was hilarious and all the kids loved the parachute. The only down fall I found was it was fairly cold. I had to run to target to grab myself a jacket.

My son has been enrolled here almost steadily since he was 2, and we have always been happy with the coaching and competence of the staff. In particular, Coaches Sarah, Mo, Eric, and Ian are wonderful at balancing enthusiasm, skills instruction, and respectful class management! I heartily recommend this for both physical and social-emotional development of the young child (he's age 6 now.

My 4 year old granddaughter attended a series of Saturday classes here. My daughter and son-in-law took her, and every time, they came home unhappy about the lack-luster coaching, and the unfriendliness of the other parents. The worst thing was that every time they went, the young coach acted uninterested and indifferent in teaching the kids. There is a true lack of enthusiasm for teaching the little ones.

We have been very pleased with Redwood Empire Gymnastics over the past year. The staff are friendly, they have been accomodating with make up classes and the teachers really work well with the students to ensure competency before moving them on to the next level. Our daughter is very happy coming to class each week.

I am so happy my kids (5 & 7) are able to participate at REG. We absolutely love it. We drive up from Novato to be here. If you are unsure, just come try it out.

When you look around, you can see the teachers know how to keep the kids on track. They keep it fun, but disciplined. In our experience Nolan and Ian are amazing! All the girl teachers have been sweet for my sensitive, shy daughter.

It is impressive how good some of the younger kids are, much more so than at our old Gymnastics. The older kids are spectacular and so fun to watch. Marybeth and Jasmine at the front desk are amazing

Both of my children have enjoyed the tumble bugs program- it's a wonderful environment for children to explore and try new things. Plus a great place to burn off energy, especially in the winter months.
We recently attended a private birthday party here and it was wonderful! The staff was incredible (I believe it was Coach Nick) and the kids had such a blast!

Not sure if some of these other reviews are fair. The gymnastics program here has been a great addition to my son's life. We have been taking him here since he was 2 and now is 3 1/2. He is learning many valuable social and life skills. How to pay attention, listen to instructions, be fair and take turns. The instructors are engaged and clearly have a passion for gymnastics. Of course your child is at risk of getting sick here. Any place though where there are dozens and dozens of children touching things will have the same issue though. It is no different at any park, day care, or family friendly

We did have a good experience here for about 2 years until switching from Mondays to Fridays. Our experience with the staff and coaches was literally day and night. The Monday staff is kind, welcoming, inclusive, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The staff on Fridays are unprofessional, disorganized and frankly disrespectful.

We've now switched to Rohnert Park Gymnastics and our experience has been wonderful.

We had been members for 2 years. It used to be great. Edwina at the front desk was always welcoming and kind and made you feel at home. The coaches (Sarah, Nick, Mo, Caitlyn) are great.
The place has just gone downhill. The owner makes it feel tense when he is present, to the parents and staff.. He treats the 2 year olds the same as 13 year olds, which leaves them feeling like they are doing something wrong instead of learning. I don't think you should be stern and in the face of a toddler.
Despite that, we still attended as my daughter enjoyed it, and we attended the classes being coached

If only I could grant them less than a star. Where to begin...
We started bringing our kids to REG about 9 years ago. All 4 of them have participated and had fun until the Vandermeers took over ownership. Since that time, one of my children became involved in their xcel team. This is a competitive team but is meant for gymnasts who still wish to have a life outside of the gym. Unfortunately, when my daughter became injured due to class, they became more and more aggressive about threatening to kick her off the team despite having a true medical issue. They told her over and over not to come in

I have done gymnastics before, and I wanted to go back. I was a level 3 or 4, but there policy is that you must start in level 1. We took the trial class and they would not move me up until I did 2 classes. We asked for another free class, and they said no. You have to pay for an 8 week session. They also don't even care if you don't have the skill there practicing. The coaches are teens and look like they could care less.

My 3 year old son started attending Busy Bees earlier this year because I had found a great deal on Groupon. I was so impressed with the instruction, that I decided to sign him up twice a week with Coach Eric and Coach Mo. He has thrived under their dedicated instruction. I have watched my son's confidence grow as he masters fairly complex routines. Eric is firm and fun and the kids love him. He knows his stuff and noticed that my son had some issues with "crossing the midline," so he has worked specifically to help him with that. I have seen my kid get physically stronger, his balance

A wonderful place to take gymnastics. My daughter took classes for a few years and loved it. She stopped when she decided to pursue other things. My son has been taking the Roll into Reading class for kids with sensory and motor processing challenges and loves it. He has been doing it for 2 years now. Coach Eric does an amazing job with the class and tailoring his interaction and activities to the individual kids' needs, challenges and abilities. He does an awesome job and clearly cares a great deal. My son has made wonderful progress and really enjoys going. The front desk staff have

After 4-5 years of being a very consistent customer I have been left with no choice but to choose a different gymnastics studio for my youngest daughter.
The staff is very un professional and has treated me poorly on far to many occasions. Unfortunately for the owners, I feel like their front desk staff and a couple of their instructors have completely no regard for the paying customer.
If they believe that their instructors have all the knowledge to teach a proper gymnastics experience then I URGE them to concentrate on their front desk.
I can look past certain things. (Im not expecting them

Poorly run Optional Gymnastics program. Lots of parents complaints and no effort from the owners for changes, what in return has some Gymnasts leaving the program to look for quality in others gyms around the Bay Area. Really sad to see that happen to a team that used to be one of the best in Northern Cal. I really hope they turn it around. ~ Time will tell ~

I recently took my 2 year old daughter here for their Kinder Gym program and while it's fairly nice, I was hoping for something with a bit more structure. Standard rate is $9 for a 45 minute session and it's pretty much like playing at a park, only with different equipment. If you are a member of a local mom's club you save $3 on certain days.

There are two short group activities each session and they last roughly 3 minutes. The rest of the time you child is free to run around and try stuff out. Keep in mind that this is a facility for serious Olympic-style gymnastics and your child
