Don't do the job and want you to wait for them to respond on their schedule. Not to mention their "hero" office manager Ryan who seems to believe his customers need to "understand" his side only. You didn't clean the dryer vent correctly. Discovered that after I purchased a new dryer because the one I had stopped drying and my research indicated if… it isn't a clogged dryer vent its a blower or heater element, no warranty on those parts. Vent completely clogged and they want to tell me they'll be here sometime today! No sir, someone needs to come now! Also I wish I had checked the BBB rating

What a joke. If it sounds to good to be true, it is. Wish I would have read the reviews before. Trust me... stay far away from this company. Takes bait and switch to a whole new level.
Let's see they provide a coupon in various flyers stating that you get carpet cleaning for your whole house no size limit for $39.99. Called and they came that same… night. Sounds good right.
The person that came measured, brought the machine in used a test spot to show me how clean it would be (it was not by the way) and then proceeded to write an invoice saying it would be $641 HAHAHH yes you read that right
