I used Pure Air Service for the first time today to have the air ducts and the dryer vent in my condo cleaned and had a great experience with the service technician Alex. I've owned the home for over two years now and don't know when the previous owner last cleaned either, so I knew both were likely overdue for a cleaning. I chose Pure Air Service for their great reviews and availability, I called Monday and they got me in for Thursday morning which was greatly appreciated—especially being so close to the holidays.

I booked an appointment online for a 12-2 window. I received an email asking if I could move the appointment back to 2-5pm and that a tech would contact me 30 minutes before arriving. I replied that yes I could. No one called me, no one showed up. At 4:30 I called to speak to someone and check if I was on the schedule and that it got communicated. After 3 1/2 minutes of listening to their recording and waiting for the next available person, I had to leave a message. Still no return phone call. Definitely poor communication. Alex was prompt, clean and safe during COVID. He called early and said he could arrive early if we wanted him to. He had a mask and shoe booties on. He explained everything very well and took photos for me to review. I would definitely recommend this company and Alex in particular.

Put simply, Alex killed it!
I have demanding tenants with health issues and he really knocked it out of the park informing them of the benefits and keeping me COMPLETELY informed with several calls, safely outside tenant ear-reach talking about concerns and pricing (invaluable as a landlord).

Excellent Service! We just had Alex from Pure Air come out to our house and he was so thorough and knowledgable. These guys are great! I called and they were out the next day with a very professional presentation. Before Alex started he educated me on the options and stages of cleaning (which they had done over the phone also). They also cleaned our dryer vent and educated us on how to keep our house cleaner as well as increase our air efficiency. Alex showed me what he was doing at every stage and made sure I was completely comfortable and understood. Highly recommend!

Best decision I made. With the kid on its way we were debating to do it or not to do it. After I saw how much dirt and dust is in those vents I know now I made a good decision. Guys from Pure Air made it easy, they came in and did everything. They gave me the best price since I got other two estimates. Highly recommend them.

WARNING DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! Not only did this company overcharge but they didn't even perform the job they said they would. I bought a coupon for a vent cleaning. When they arrived they found mold and said it should be taken care of immediately. They pressured me into getting the service that day and said they could get me a "deal". They ended up charging me $200 for the mold removal.
Then they talked to me about the dangers of not having your dryer vent vacuumed and said they could offer me a "deal" of $150 to clean it out. I scheduled it but I had a feeling
