I was a first time client and I was so happy to be trying a higher end salon. I had highlights and lowlights and a root touch up done by a stylist that I will not name. When it was done I thought it looked great. It was curled beautifully. Within a couple of hours, it was obvious that the highlights were uneven and really poorly executed. In the light outside I could really see several issues. Please see the pictures and form your own opinion. I had to go to a different salon to get the highlights redone because of scheduling and work obligations. This was a Saturday and they weren’t open again

I have been going to this salon for nearly 11 years. I have been nothing but pleased. Kris is truly a professional. The salon is beautiful, clean and extremely comfortable. Everyone makes you feel welcome. I’ve loved the experience, so much, that both of my adult sons and my mother have become regular customers. I will be a customer for life.

I do not often get into the Douglasville area, but when I do, this Salon is totally worth it! They are very professional, have a wide knowledge base, and leave you walking out of there feeling fresh and ready to show off your new look! Besides the great cut and color, one thing that really stuck out was the hair washing and head massage. It was much more of an experience than I have received at other establishments. Would definitely recommend! Ask for Kris!

I absolutely love this salon. I have seen Michelle for years and I would not go anywhere else. The atmosphere of the salon is incredibly peaceful, comforting, warm and open. Everyone working here maintains such a high level of professional that’s met with unconditional kindness. I drive two hours to see Michelle and I’d drive more if I had to!

This was my first time at Classic Elegance Hair Salon. Since the COVID19 lockdown, I was desperate for a hair cut. My hair looked awful!!! Since so, so many people were looking for the exact same thing a lot of places had wait times up to 3 months!! No Way!! I called Classic Elegance and got an appointment the very next week.
