Installers showed up at the planned time. They were professional, efficient and respectful of my space. The installation went very well. If you lead a busy life, or if you are someone who does not like paying thousands of dollars just to chase a company down to get an update when they are already months late on installation; I would not use this company. Find a more reliable company.
My experience-Ordered windows on May 31st 2021. Paid the deposit (a few thousand dollars). I was told the windows would be installed by early September. By October I never got a call. I called them, and was told my windows JUST came in and someone should be calling me soon. Three weeks later, no one has called. I called again with no answer, so I left

Dan our sales consultant with Window World exceeded our expectations in all facets. Make sure you ask for Dan. We couldn't believe the price we got from them and the quality of the windows we would get for that price. All I can say is I would put these windows and sliders in a multi million dollar house in a second. The overall quality of the windows, the professionalism of the installation and the lifetime labor warranty is unbelievable and exceeded our expectations.

Window World is a great company to do business with, the price was reasonable and affordable. I had 2 other companies provide quotes on the same amount of windows and Window World beat the other competitor's pricing. From start to finish it was a great experience, I truly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality windows. I love my windows!

I am really happy with my new windows, and doors from Window World of Tampa. This is a first rate company that believes in customer satisfaction! They are easy to contact, professional, and have an excellent product.
The installation went great, and the installers were very meticulous, taking pride in the work they were doing. They were very courteous, on time, and worked great together.

It took quite a while to get my windows and doors. This was not unexpected with the pandemic and delays with materials beyond their control. Finally done and very happy with the work that was done. My home has a fresh new look and every window and door work as they should with the added benefit of hurricane protection. Thank you! :-)

I ordered all new double paned windows and sliding glass doors for our house in January 2021. The salesman gave me a tentative date of 10-12 weeks which was fairly accurate. Two of the windows and 2 sliding glass doors were not built correctly so it has drastically delayed the installation.
Some of he windows and doors were installed in June but I am still waiting for the remainder to be completed. The installation manager has promised dates for delivery a few times but has not been able to get the windows or doors for the final installation.
