Since 1996, our owner, Steven, has been providing high-quality window and screen services throughout Pinellas County. He is hands-on with every job, something he learned from his long-time mentor and father-in-law, Don Yoder. Don initially started his company, Don Yoder Aluminum, in the early 1970s.

If anyone is considering upgrading their windows or Florida rooms, I want to caution against using the company Flanagan's Porch & Windows. They don't stand behind their work. I have a PGT window that won't stay open that is less than 2.5 years old.
I purchased a condo with a set of windows installed by them. First, they flat out lied and said they weren't under warranty once the original owner moves, then when I told them I have the contract in hand from the previous owner, and when they backtracked and then claimed it's a problem with the PGT window. The part of the window was obviously installed
