Little difficulty getting going. The communication was 8 out of 10. Work is 10 out of 10. This is his second form of income, so the responsiveness is a little more understandable. Very thorough and multiple payment options to help take care of payments. Ultimately I will rate the overall experience a 9 out of 10. Workmanship and quality of parts used is 10 of 10. Call Nick for your next Fencing Project. Recommended by me! I would rate 4.5 stars but not an option. So I leaned more towards the 5 star rating.

Horrible experience!! We had a fence installed around our whole yard and stairs built off our deck to the back yard. Customer service was horrible. The tops of the stairs where the handrails are only have one screw in them so they are not secure and has just made a pivot point. Did not pre drill the holes so the wood is completely split. The bolts on the gate to hold the hardware are stripped and not even close to being screwed all the way in. Gate sags, stairs uneven, refused to level out any of the dirt they dug up for post holes. On the one post they left 2 big cut marks in it and didn&rsquo

Set up appointment with Nick, sounded like a very nice guy. He canceled 10 min before appointment. He apologized and set another appointment. He called at appointment time and cancelled again. Against better judgement set up another appointment . No show, no call. I have taken time off work, re-arranged my plans and waited. This was over a three week period and now have to start the search again. I'm tired of hearing about small business owners blaming the economy, taxes, politics when they fail. They fail because they lack the basic business skills such as customer service and reliability

I contacted Nick about installing a 6 foot tall wooden privacy fence in my back yard. Although the project fell through due to some scheduling conflicts on both sides, he was a pleasure to deal with. Nick is a nice guy and very respectful. I have seen pictures of his work, and he does a great job. You can tell that he takes pride in his workmanship. Also, his prices are VERY competitive and probably the best around.
