The crew the was unprofessional! They moved landscaping pavers without asking me and threw them on my neighbors property! They left space under the fence so my dog could get out! They left trash all over the property and over filled the post holes where grass is to be planted and now can’t! When I called the company sales person he made excuses for them!!
Worst of all, they BROKE THROUGH THE DOWNSPOUT OUT FLOW AND FILLED IT WITH CEMENT!!! This backed up the water next to my foundation which would have eventually flooded my basement!! The crew obviously didn’t care because they left pieces

After getting six estimates from various fence companies, from Amherst to Seven Hills, I'm glad I chose Great Lakes Fence. The estimator went over every cost and answered any questions I had. The installers were great. Julian and Jimmy communicated well, arrived on time, got right to work, double checked everything and cleaned up after themselves. There were a couple sections with some large tree roots and they didn't complain about having to cut them out or work around them. They just did the job and did it well. I'm very happy with my new fence.

My fiancé and I wanted a wooden fence to enclose her property. I used GLF years ago for my property and was impressed with instillation. Scott the sales person worked up the job site. He kept me informed by text. Brent Mittlestin (sic) the installer was very knowledgeable of his trade. His work was impeccable, cleaning up each day after finished for the day. The fence is level from beginning to end. The gate is also level with proper middle meeting. I refer Brent and GLF to all who require this service. GLF management is fortunate to have Brent as a employee he truly represents your company fully

I would of given them a zero if that was a option. We contracted with Great Lakes Fence a few months ago. The Salesman made promises that he did NOT follow through on. Our Salesman didn't return any of our important phone messages... We later found out that the permit for our fence was never done as promised. Office staff were less than truthful, They renigged on a signed contract. Time was of the essence and they totally dropped the ball. Stay away from this fence company, There are many legit fence companies in the Cleveland area
