Ryan Taylor's culinary career began at 15 at Restaurant Kevin Taylor. I was really impressed with this place! The ambiance is cozy and classy, perfect for catching up with friends or date night. The food was DELICIOUS, we loved everything we tried! The service was top notch, everyone was so friendly and chill!
My friend and I were talking for quite some time after our meal and after paying, but our waitress was happy to let us hang out and even brought us a surprise round of drinks!

We had Christian as our server and he was such a pleasant person to converse with about the product and about our night! The food here was wonderful and the entire staff was accommodating and attentive to their job. The food, ambiance, and cocktails were wonderful. Truly a gem in Broomfield, I highly recommend it!

Came in for tonight dinner with close friends that I hadn’t seen in awhile. Our server Katelyn took tremendous care of us., and made us feel quite special. Drinks were on point as was the food. (Only got photos of the drinks.) Generous portions, and attentive, but not overcrowded service. Did I mention how great Katelyn was?! ( I might be spelling her name wrong.) I will be back!

Our 24th Wedding Anniversary Date was so fun! We had beer and cocktails, mussels -those roasted peppers, mmm), wedge salad, flank steak with chimichurri, lamb shank (drooling), PLUS espresso and the chef’s choice dessert (it was a sweet and savory delight}. My boys ordered the kids chicken nuggets and regular NY strip steak. The nuggets were the best I've had; tried a bite or two (or four) of my son's. My pork chop...heavenly. We went to this location on 11/12/21. I would have given 5 stars except we were greeted by the most unfriendly hostess ever. No greeting, a scowl on her face and literally threw our menus on the table and walked away.
We came so very close to just leaving until our wonderful waiter Tristan arrived.
Tristan and the rest of the staff made our dinner a great experience and our dinners were absolutely delicious.
When leaving the hostess stood at her podium and didn't say a word.
I'd love to recommend to colleagues but I don't want them to think that kind of behavior from the first person

My husband and I wanted a date night, and you did not disappoint! We got a last minute reservation, and it was a perfect evening. Cooper was our waiter and made excellent suggestions, as this was our first time here. We ordered drinks, shared appetizers and we each ordered a steak with mashed potatoes (highly recommend) and asparagus. The steaks were perfect. We ordered the seasonal dessert and the P B and J dessert. Amazing! Highly recommend!

Tonight, I tried to go back but was rudely turned away. I called as was told they would be open until 930pm. I said I would come around 9pm. At 845pm the host nicely called to tell me to come over but I should be fine. I said I would be there in 10 minutes. I got there in 6 minutes and was told the kitchen was closed but I could get bread and alcohol but no dinner. I said no thanks and left. Hardly a way to treat a repeat guest or run a restaurant, ever.
No amount of good reviews or superlative food gives permission for this

This past weekend I hosted a party for my mother, We booked the private room. Staff was more than helpful from beginning to end. The food was amazingly delicious!! a plated 3 course meal for 48 people and they… nailed it! hot food on time, all parties eating at the same time. last minute adjustments we weren't prepared for with extra guests, no problem for hickory and Ash they figured it out without issue and no stress on me. These folks are professional, the wait and bar staff we had were friendly, helpful, and we're simply on point!

Lovely ambiance and solid service. If red meat is your thing, I highly recommend you either opt for raw (they have delish tartar) or slow cooked (lamb shank and short rib are both heavenly). I ordered a medium ny strip and basically got burnt rubber. The server didn't bother making it right since my hubby was nice enough to switch plates with me lol.
Honestly a steak should be easy enough to get right. They also ran out of salmon and that was their only fish option.. Hopefully was just an off night.

I ordered an Aperol Spritz to start off cocktail wise. It wasn't a bad AS but it definitely was missing something, as I think it may have been to much champagne.
I ordered the BBQ Bahn Mi. It was presented below, with nothing over the top or crazy. I ordered a side salad which just seemed to be diced cucumber and tomato with lettuce. A bit uninspiring.
The sandwich was on crispy bread and had an interesting slaw type mixture with the meat. It wasn't that great.

This was my husband and I's first stop on our honeymoon after a 13 hour drive. The food was amazing! We got the mussels appetizer (our first time trying mussels) and it was delicious. For entrees I got the filet mignon with mashed potatoes medium rare and my husband got the NY strip with Mac. Both were amazing. We also got the carrot cake which was gone in seconds because it was so delicious! The restaurant also comped our dessert for our honeymoon :)

Really good prices. We had the New York Strip, which was cooked perfectly. The star of the show was the mac and cheese which was served in a small cast iron pot. We had the deconstructed cheesecake which was very flavorful. The presentation of the food was very nice, and the service was good. I will go again.

The chef takes a very modern spin on classics. The French Onion soup came with a delicious mushroom croquet. The braised short ribs came with a creamy polenta, grilled veggies and were cooked to perfection. And the chicken sandwich, meatball app and bread for the table...ALL SO GOOD.

I had been eying this restaurant for a while and finally went tonight. The menu was a bit limited for my taste which is really the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars. There’s a good amount on the menu but a lot of pretty specific tastes so it may not work for everyone but they also had staples like sandwiches and salads to appeal to those who may be pickier. On vacation in Boulder from North Dakota and we decided to eat here on a whim. Best. Decision. Ever. The food is IMPOSSIBLY GOOD. Was in town visiting friends and family and this was the half point between my cousin and where I was staying. Looking online I thought the prices seemed pretty high for what they were offering. Once we got there the prices were about $1-$2 cheaper. I went with the Mc2 Rib sandwich with a side salad. The sandwich was very tasty and I loved the kimchi on it. Side salad was also great and they did a good job with the dressing ratio. The cocktail menu looked delicious but I went with the blood orange beer.
