OMG, I only wish New Saigon was closer to my house. Just order 2CH, 16RW and 16SH.... and yes, YOUR WELCOME. Here is little help with the menu, yes looks a little intimidating, but it really isn't. the letters refer to the protein or the type yep CH=Chicken, RW=Rice Wraps, SH=Shrimp. Plenty of veggie options too. Heck they give you so many veggies on the rice wraps I took them home for a salad the next day. I love any curry on the menu and their sticky chicken thighs are also great. I think you could point to anything on the menu and not be disappointed.

Seriously, I just can&apos

The restaurant has the best fried whole fish that I and my family have had in the USA--perfectly cooked, falls off the bone, light and sweet ginger sauce, with a beautiful presentation as if it were swimming. The stir fried rice was decent, and the vermincelli is standard. The booths may be somewhat worn down, but the quality of the food makes up for it.

The bakery has the best bahn mi and many other wonderful delights including but not limited to treats, whole shrimp and whole fish. There is no seating in the bakery.

We really enjoyed their food and I’m looking forward to coming back on my next trip to Denver. Everything was fresh and flavorful and was served quickly. My only complaint was that all of our meals were served at very different times. By the time the last dish was served, the people who were served first were already finished eating. Maybe we’ll try one of their share platters next time!

Had dinner this evening at the New Saigon restaurant. Let me tell you folks, it was delicious! Service was outstanding. Food was delicious, prepared promptly, the dining room was clean and had a warm vibe! I would like to see an all English menu. (Broaden my variety a bit)

What an amazing food experience. Come here with a few friends and get the make your own spring roll plates. It's so fun to put whatever you want into the wrap and it's absolutely delightful on the pallet. It's enough food to feed at least 3 people and the staff is awesome and can show you how to wrap one if it's your first time. Highly recommend!!

Went for lunch, website said they open at 11 am. Doors were still not open at 11:30 even though the bar television was on and we could see people moving around inside. Went Tony Pho instead.

The first thing that stood out to me is that this place cares a lot more about their interior design than other pho restaurants around if that's something you care about. The second thing was that the prices here are quite a bit higher than other places (about $4-5 more for the pho bowl I got). I thought the pho's taste was pretty decent but I've had better that also had a larger portion size and was more affordable. Some people swear by this place saying that it is the most authentic but I think it comes down to preference at the end of the day. I've had a lot of pho on Federal

If I could give no stars I would. This place has the rudest people working! We came in at 6 the sign said close at 9 and there was a big OPEN sign up. The guy threw down our menus and was completely rude to us. Then some guy came out from the kitchen and said “why why why!!” We got our stuff and left. Don’t give your money this place! Better Asian places to eat at right up the street.

I really enjoy the lemongrass tofu noodle bowl.
I have tried other things and not been blown away. I feel that a revamp could be beneficial, I remember when this place was the best in the area. I do like that I can always rely on a good lemongrass tofu noodle bowl. I like to swap the fish sauce for peanut sauce. Makes it like a spring roll bowl sort of deal. ✌🏼

I lived in Denver for 10 years and this spot is my #1 favorite! Each time I go there it blows my mind time and time again.

Vietnamese food is far more than pho and banh mi (don't get me wrong, I will eat those for breakfast, lunch, or dinner). However, with a 50 page menu, that is not what you order here.

Deep fried soft shell crab (get the option with onion rings and garlic butter sauce, duh) -- we doubled up on this order).

Their gỏi mực is a dish I actually dreamt of on my travels in Vietnam (my favorite Southeast Asia country yet!). While I had it overseas and it was good, they

Fantastic place! The food was great. The service was great. This was my first time visiting this restaurant and I was impressed. The prices do reflect the times in regards to inflation. Make sure you use the app and not the hard copy menu. The menu is extensive and the portion sizes are very generous. We ordered one entree and it fed both of us with leftovers to take home to the wives. The food was excellent.

Terrible service and rude staff! My fiancé and I went here a couple days ago for some Vietnamese coffee to go. I asked for "less ice" in my coffee. The place was under 20% occupied, so we didn't think it would be a problem if we sat at one of the tables for a few minutes until our order was ready. But we noticed the entire wait staff pointing at us and talking about us (in a different language) indicating that is sitting at a table while we wait was a problem.

10 painful and awkward minutes later, the coffee arrived and the cup was only half full!! I expressed surprise and disappointment

I came here for lunch on a Saturday at around 11:30am. There was only one other table in the entire place. The waiter was friendly and the food came out quickly.

I got the Bún Đặc Biệt (grilled shrimp, grilled pork, and egg roll over noodles). The portion was very large. Probably enough for 2 meals, but my family didn't raise a quitter! :D Everything was tasty and I'm not surprised that the place is a local favorite.

I saw a few menu items that are suited for sharing / family style dining. I'd love to return with a group in the future.

DO NOT COME HERE! I wish I could give this place a 0 stars. My family, who flew out to denver, came here for dinner. We requested to have no peanuts on any of the foods because one of my family members has a severe peanut allergy. Once we got the fried fish, he ate some of it. We then noticed that there were peanuts sprinkled around and seems like it was also in the batter used to fry the fish. When we pointed this out to our waiter, she said that they weren't peanuts and that it was just fried onions even though it clearly tasted like peanuts. She brought out a person who I assume to be the

From all the way in Dallas, TX: if it were possible, we'd give New Saigon 10 stars...we literally dream about their Saigon Dac Biet platter on the regular and always make it a priority to stop in every time we're in Denver to stuff ourselves stupid. The platter always comes out hot and timely with an amazing spread of fresh veggies for rolling. The amount of different options on the platter from grilled pork to shrimp cakes makes it so you can customize rolls to your hearts delight. Their bo tai chanh (rare beef) is also a MUST! Do yourself a favor and stop in ASAP!! Seriously getting

Some of the most delicious Vietnamese food I've had... and you know it's authentic when parts of the menu don't have English descriptions!

The menu is so large that you can find something for everyone, and I've enjoyed every dish I've tried here. Portion sizes are generous, and entrees here are best shared family-style. My top two favorites:
- 24RW Bon Mua Cuon Banh Trang (Four seasons rice paper wraps) - DIY rice roll wraps with delicious grilled meats & shrimp with veggies, herbs, and rice noodles. This dish is more than enough to feed two people for dinner, and

First time visiting. Went for lunch with coworkers who could not stop talking about how great this place was, after going i can now see why. From the moment i walked in the aroma from the grill caught my attention. The item we settled on was the beef wrapped shrimp and all i have to say is yummm. Both tender and flavorful this dish lived up to my coworkers hype. Eaten either as a roll, they provide the rice paper to wrap or by itself in lettuce also provided there is a happy dance to be done when this dish arrives at your table.

If you're looking for LEGIT Vietnamese food, New Saigon is your place. No frills, just good food. That's not to say their presentation is bad by any means. One look at my food and my mouth was already watering.

Service is friendly, ordering is easy, they only do takeout. I came on a particularly busy night, but with the amount that I had ordered, it was ready in a decent amount of time.

Saigon special: soft shell crab (mmmm!!!), grilled pork cook to perfection, egg rolls, shrimp cake, noodles, and VEGGIES GALORE!

Bun Thit nuong cha gio: everything I had ever wanted and more!

So...my husband and I have loved this restaurant for years. We we in no way disappointed this time. Their 2 lobster dish (with garlic, butter, onions and ginger) is literally one of the best meals we have eaten anywhere. There are no precise words to express the taste of this dish except YES PLEASE, MAY I HAVE ANOTHER. Thank you New Saigon for keeping your quality, taste, freshness and friendly personel so amazing through all of this.

Food was amazing here. One of my cousin friend recommended this place and it was so good. This was our first stop in town from Kansas City. We got the number 1 lau (hot pot) for 3 people to share and my little cousin got a rice with pork bone. Also got an order of the clam and it was yummy! The fish sauce was perfect of course and they give you a lot of veggies for the clam which I love. Seriously amazing! Everything was seasoned and cooked perfectly. The broth was delicious you can just slurp it nonstop. They give you plenty of food and price wasn't so bad for 3 of us for the hot pot. It

Came here on Christmas Day there were busy but lit was normal busy like on regular days. The food took forever and finally came 45 minutes later.

The 3 stars is for the food and the rest is for the price and service.

We used to come here when the lunch special started only $7.99 and now is $11.99 and up. Although the food is still good and I hope they will have a better service next time.
Thank you.

The food here is good but extremely overpriced. The usual Pho restaurant that I normally go to was jam packed on a cold afternoon. My partner and I went to New Saigon which he used to frequent. He mentioned that the restaurant had undergone a full remodel. The menu is a booklet full of options, almost too many. On the "Soup" page the Pho is listed in the middle of the page. The only way a person would know is to read the full descriptions.

Each Pho bowl is a chef's choice, if a customer would like something different or a build your own it is not an option unless you choose the
