Since 1989, I have offered compassionate legal counsel and pragmatic representation to residents of the Florida Panhandle. My experience as an attorney for the Florida Department of Children and Families has given me a unique insight into how the divorce process can negatively affect children. If you are looking for a considerate and compassionate attorney to help you with your family law case, your search ends here.

We hired Steve in a custody battle for my grandchild. He went above and beyond our expectations and was the only one to get anything done. I had hired another attorney prior to Steve and was told I wasted my money. Steve is a no nonsense, confident and straightforward attorney. He was our knight in shining armor in our case. We have nothing but gratitude for him. His staff was very helpful and quick to respond. If you ever need an attorney that requires extreme challenges, he’s the one to hire. Thank you Steve!

My wife blind sided me with a divorce. I was completely overwhelmed with the thought of breaking my family apart. I feel so fortunate having found Mr. Steven Gilpatrick's team. Not only did Steve help me navigate the legal process, I felt like he really cared about how I was coping emotionally. His office staff, Brie and Brooke were also very helpful and professional. I highly recommend this company!

Wonderful attorney, but equally wonderful human. We had a consultation with him where he went above and beyond. We left without retaining him because he had given us more than enough information and was upfront and honest about our case (or lack thereof). However, in the future if the need arises he will be our guy. As for the human element, he allowed me to interview him for a law class and again was overly generous with his time and energy!
