As a previous Assistant State Attorney prosecuting both in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit as well as the First Judicial Circuit in Florida, Ashley Smith Herndon knows the ins and outs of criminal law. As a former prosecutor and now as a defense attorney, she has tried approximately 80 trials to verdict.
