I went here to purchase que sticks and the experience was amazing! As soon as I walked in I was greeted which is always awesome. The representative helping me was Woodson. I would give them zero stars just to prove how horrible and unprofessional they are. We paid for a product that was never delivered, with no information about it, then had to go to the store to request a different product only to have the same issue. The workers literally told me blah blah blah...we did nothing wrong." Absolutely no one could give us information on the hot tub ordered.

My brother is having a pool put in. I was appalled by the work being done. Mountains of dirt stacked against his fence, lack of respect for property, poor workmanship, cost increases to CLEAN UP THE MESS. Shame on you. The comments on your web page must be paid for. Shame on you boasting you are a family run company with 30 years of. All I see is lack of customer service and poor quality and money grabbers. I purchased my first ever spa/hot tub from them and I am so happy I did! They were super helpful throughout the entire process. Blaire was able to answer my questions and helped me pick the perfect unit for us. My husband and I have been doing business with A-TEX Family Fun Center for a least 4 years and we are so pleased with their service. Last week we needed someone to put our new steps into our above ground pool and there was not anyone available. Kensey the manager checked for anyone available but no luck. Then Ms. Blaire and Ms. Kensey decided to stop what they were doing and follow us home to help us. That was beyond and above what I expected. That made us feel so special. We purchased a hot tub from A-TEX only to find it defective when they delivered it. They said it was an easy fix but the repair person burnt a hole through the bottom. Now it cannot be used. They said they will replace it but weeks go by without a word. They never call us with an update on where we are. Only once. I have to call them for an update only to listen to a line of BS.
They say their REP for this brand won't give them an answer about replacing it. WOW!
At this point I'd rather have my money back because if later we need help with another issue I'm afraid we're not

We recently purchased a hot tub from A-Tex in Georgetown and had a wonderful experience. Bob was very knowledgeable and was able to answered all of our questions and recommend the best hot tub for us. The delivery and installation process was seamless with Wolf and his team. Since then, I have taken my water in for testing, and everyone in the place is always very helpful and polite. I would highly recommend A-TEX if you are looking for a fair price, knowledgeable people, and friendly service. We had shopped elsewhere before making our final decision and A-TEX did not disappoint!

Terrible customer service! If you need service on your hot tub don't bother calling them! They'll never call you back... they will take forever to fix it... they'll say they did t have the right phone number blah blah ..they also ripped us off on picking up our hot tub up and storing it. Will never buy from them or use them for service again.

Sadly, I had to give 2 stars, I'm glad they had the part I needed but it was 100.00 vs. me ordering it on amazon for 35.00 with free shipping. I felt totally ripped off, but I paid the fee for the plastic skimmer. I don't mind paying a little extra at a brick & mortar store but this was kind of along the lines of price gouging in my opinion. Just a heads up, check prices with other competitors before you go purchase, just in case. I'm all about supporting local businesses but not like this. They also do not accept American Express, so be prepared for a back-up if this is your
