If you don't enjoy cleaning filters or testing and balancing water chemistry we recommend our hot tub ready maintenance plan! Deep cleaning service includes flushing the lines underneath the hot tub with a chemical purge. We power wash it, wipe it down completely and condition your cover. Refill with water treatment and balance service.

I have contacted hot tub man multiple times trying to get our hot tub repaired with no response. We have left messages, contacted via their website, and talked to the office manager with no response.
We told the office manager we maybe looking for a replacement no response.
It has probably been 6 months.
I hate writing these types of reviews.

When you have an issue such as a leak on your hot tub it can be very scary. We called the Hot Tub Man to come out and take a look. They know how to work with any warranty company and also are knowledgeable on all types of tubs. This set us at so much ease and Kyle was able to come out and troubleshoot the issue and find a solution in no time. I highly recommend the hot tub man for any service as not only are they knowledgeable and professional but get the job done with ease to the customer. Thanks Hot Tub Man!!!

I am soooo glad I chose The Hot Tub Man to purchase a refurbished hot tub from. I had it narrowed down between two companies, but ultimately felt I was getting better customer service from THTM!! Not to mention they offer a better warranty than their competitor! Kyle went above and beyond to get my hot tub up and running and we're in love with it!! Michelle, has been great with communication and sending information needed.

Don't waste your money here. First off you won't be able to get a hold of the hot in man as he checks his messages after hours and might send you a email. My experience is $95 for an assessment with no follow up or recommendation what's wrong. Hot Tub Man took the $95 and never followed up with what he said he would do and I have the same issues as before and forced to try and figure out on my own.

I have an older house that has a hot tub indoors next to the Master Bedroom. Oh the swingin' seventies. Anyway I drained it a few years ago and never did anything with it. Called up Kyle and he was there the very next day. Took about 5 hours to get everything completely cleaned and running again, and this is including my very outdated equipment. But man is it running well now! I'd highly recommend Kyle's service to anyone!

If you want to pay double to triple the cost for parts, this is the place to go. Found all the parts they charged me for on line for half what they charged me. Pump cost me 485 from THM, and 297 was the HIGHEST price I found for it on line. Pressure switch for 40 dollars; I finally ordered it on line for 15 bucks. This is part prices only. They misdiagnosed the problem, so now I have a new pump (OK, it was old, but still, it didn't solve the problem). Then, they decided that they had too many customers to look after, so I'd just have to wait my turn. Nice enough people, but I feel screwed, and
