Strongly recommend. He explains things clearly. He doesn't gouge on fees. And most important for us, he negotiates fair agreements that work out well for both sides and he doesn't give away the bank. Right now he is handling the 4th case he has done for us, and each time he has found a way to avoid ending up at trial and instead get it settled for a lot less cost.

Larry I am not sure why you speak to people poorly. I am not asking too much by calling you up to see if you are the lawyer for the lein auction. I have a active investigation with the state bar and I am including the real estate fraud in the investigation thats all. You trying to explain a auction too me was too much.

Mr. Weaver returned my initial inquiry call within a couple of hours. He spent almost 30 minutes on the phone with me. He was quite clear about many issues I was facing with my situation. He was also concerned about the cost and hourly rate I would incur given he was not in my local area and referred me to an attorney closer to my city. If he were in my area I would definitely hire him as he sounded very experienced, knowledgeable and concerned.

Mr Weaver doesn't care about the truth of the case only getting his client off at all cost ! When you point out the facts ( that can be proven) he gets mad and has no more time. He is not at total fault because worse then his not caring about the truth or taking your home is the commissioner that allows him to mislead the court .Mr Weaver knowingly let's his client's lie ! I have no respect for a man that is soooo proud of taking peoples homes so his spoiled daughter can go to some fancy school to follow in his foot steps
