I got an oil change on 10/20/2021 my light is already coming on as long as I've had my car my oil light has never came on. After I got my oil change on that date my oil light has came on twice since then because Jonathan did not full my oil tank all the way up like he was suppose to.

We got the diamond preferred wash which for the most part it was done very well. More emphasis needs to be done on actually getting the wheels clean and the bugs off the front end of the vehicle. That's what you pay for, that's what you should get! Otherwise interior was nice and clean with Windows and dash done very well.

I tip big and make every effort to brag on good service. I am also not afraid to voice my dissatisfaction when necessary, especially when I am treated with disrespect when discreetly trying to address an issue. That said, after the way the rude cashier spoke to me just now when I asked why we were being charged one price for an item that was clearly advertised for a lower price, I have no plans to spend another dime for products or services at at Diamond Auto Spa & Lube on Thompson Bridge Rd 😡 They just lost a long time customer over $0.20 not because of the money, but because of the poor customer
