Premium Car Wash

We have a membership to Bamboo across the street and the only reason we decided to go here today is because we liked the option of paying extra for someone else to clean the inside and wipe the exterior down of a brand new Accord. We can honestly say we will not be back. The guy doing our car was the slowest person on Earth. After 50 minutes, we finally told him we had to go and he said he was done anyway. He didn't touch the trunk, wipe the whole passenger exterior, none of the leather seats were wiped down, debris still on carpets, chrome exterior was full of dried soap, windshield had streaks

We waited an hour before I walked out to see what the holdup was. They had not even touched it! The manager had NO CLUE! I watched people laughing and talking, and on their phones, not working. When our car was FInally ready it was halfway done! I'll never come here again.

Good overall, but the wash stopped in the middle and when it restarted I missed the entire front of my SUV including the top of the hood. These areas weren't cleaned at all. But the rest of the vehicle was fairly clean.

I desperately needed a car wash, inside and out, and did not want to pay too much nor do it myself. My car was pretty nasty inside, to be honest, but free of trash - just lots of dirt, dust, and food particles. I actually gasped when I got in my car once they were finished, because it looked and smelled brand new - and I didn't even purchase the most expensive treatment. I am so thankful to have a clean car again - and it still smells good two weeks later! Cannot recommend this place enough now.

This was my 3rd time bringing my car to your business this year. The last two times my windows have not been cleaned good. I paid $35.00 both times plus gave a good tip. I thought that maybe I need to try again. I am not happy with the way my windows were cleaned. I don't think I will try again.

If the person guiding the cars in paid more attention to the customers versus talking to and smiling at the girl working, customers tires wouldn't get scratched up!

Truly pissed off! This may not be the job for him if he can't pay attention.

This place was decent when it first opened, I know that there's a worker shortage; but damn!!

Also, this country music is too loud! Change it up! It may be worth the drive to Exit 13 to not have to deal with the carelessness here!!

A quick Google search gives their hours of operation as being open on Saturday until 8:00 PM. But after driving a good ways up there and paying $25 for an unsatisfactory exterior wash, found out that they actually close the wipe down & interior area at 6:00 PM. I did not see any signage stating this. I also found out that the interior costs another $15 (also didn’t see this posted).
The people who worked there said I could bring it back another day, but I don’t live anywhere near the car wash, and the vehicle I took was my elderly mother’s - who lives in NC - and I wanted to get the vehicle

The best car detailer (interior cleaner)is Patrick. He takes his time but makes sure your car is "on point". Very nice staff, but the newer kids need way more training. Three times I went there and had young kids detailing the interior and they did a horrible job.

I really like this car wash. I really believe that the cost for the level of detail with the cleaning is worth it. I get the basic wash with the normal interior detailing and my car still feels and looks new after owning it for a year. Sometimes the wait for the detailing is long but there are nice and clean waiting areas. Some amenities like coffee, and rocking chairs. Go here it is worth it.

I first thought after my last experience there was "they honestly deserve 0 star. I wish it was an option."
My visit there was on Saturday the 29th to get the entire car wash experience, interior included. It was $35.
I didn't have to wait too long which I was pretty excited abt.
Once I got my car back, i noticed a few places were not cleaned, not even an attempt at cleaning. I pointed one out to the person who cleaned the car, he said he will quickly do it (which he kinda did. Still was not entirely clean).
I am a bit of a neat freak, so compared to most people, i keep mine exceptionally

I’ve taken my vehicles here several times and they have always done a great job. This time I had been hauling mulch in the back of my mini-van and it had made a huge mess, with brown water stains everywhere including the carpet. They worked on the car for a little over an hour as I purchased the extra interior clean and carpet shampooing. They did an outstanding job as you could not tell that I had been hauling wet mulch (this van has 250k miles on it). I’ll be back and highly recommend them.

Excellent service! I came in to detail my car before putting it up for sale, and the entire staff was attentive and helped me right away. I am very pleased with the "manager's special" and added "interior service". I will be back. Thank you!

Brought my new truck for it's first was today. Sat and watched the disgruntled employee at the entrance to the wash tunnel throw the pre-wash wands and brooms around. Watched him spit right in front of my truck. Once I pulled forward, he went to take off my antenna with a crescent wrench. Obviously he wasn't adept at it and I could see him stripping the hex...not too mention it was tic king him off more than he already was. This has become my go to car wash! I never have to worry about my car not being cleaned completely. Staff is always friendly and eager to help.

Got straight up ripped off here tonight. Showed up at 6:17. Paid for the "Manager's Special," which the screen said included "everything." Got thru the wash and pulled up to the detailing area. Was told they stop doing interiors at 6. No signs anywhere saying this. Their website and facebook page say they do interiors until 7. The whole point of going there was to get the interior done. If I had only wanted the exterior done I could have gone to the place around the corner and 6 bucks instead of 24. When I complained the kid said that the manager "just left."

Price is pretty high and the over hour wait and service is a little long to bear. Sitting in the waiting area at this time and I have read a whole magazine from cover to cover.

Update: spoke with leadership and they had us come back up. They made everything right and we couldn't be happier!
Disappointed. Got the manager special and added the carpet/upholstery cleaning for an additional $50. Not only was there not difference for the extra $50, they didn't even vacuum spots on the truck

I've used this card wash 4 times. This car wash is mediocre at best. The first time I used them I purchased a premium wash it with interior and when I received my vehicle back it was as if they had not even touched it with a towel. They literally had to redo the entire wash the other two times I had to completely babysit the people doing it in order for me to receive a halfway decent dry and clean. This last time was decent however they didn't touch the Chrome they didn't touch the door jams they didn't touch the wheel wells. It's the last time I use them. My advice to

Less than average. Car still had visible dirt on it and debris on the carpets. "Manager's Special" is what I always get. The last 3 times I've been here have been disappointing at best. I never have anyone touch it up after they're done. However, it was so blatantly obvious how bad the job was, I HAD to say something. He had to redo most of it. Yet when I got home you could still see dirt in lots of places because they were careless. I think that sums it up. They just don't care. I won't return.

Always nice and very friendly staff. They always do a great job! I bring my car here st least once every couple of months.

So happy with the results here! We towed our car across country and it desperately needed a good cleaning. The attention to detail and the friendly guys really made this a wonderful experience!! And the cost is so reasonable!! In California this would have been more than double the price and I doubt they would have done such a good job!!
We will definitely be back!!
