Dr. Hinds has been a phenomenal practitioner that was able to get me back to what I love doing the most...working out. I had significant pain in my mid back/rib cage that was persistent and not getting better. After my first session with Dr. Hinds I was amazed to notice tremendous relief! Being a fellow clinician (physical therapist) I am hesitant on who I seek treatment from, but Dr. Hinds put all my hesitations at ease with his clinical expertise and thorough analysis of my issue. For anyone seeking pain relief Dr. Hinds is the person you need to go to!

The most classiest staff you could ever come across. Dr Hinds was extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Ashley is an amazing office manager and always gives the warmest welcome. My experience was nothing short of amazing here. Very friendly, helpful, professional and well polished office staff. The office was very clean with a modern zen feel to it. Dr. Hinds was very informative throughout the whole process. I also did the Beauty IV Bag which left my skin feeling and looking amazing after, I couldn't believe it! Office prices were fair. I will definitely be back!!

Great office, clean and modern. Dr. Hinds exceeded all expectations! I first did the functional movement screen and he explained why they apply this testing to all patients. He then performed a series of stretches (Nitric Oxide Release and Active release technique) before finally adjusting me. I immediately felt a difference and pain relief. They also offer IV therapy and spinal decompression which I will definitely be back for!

Extremely clean, modern office with a very friendly staff! Ashley, the office manager, was awesome! She walked me through the paperwork and answered all my questions in great detail. I was experiencing upper chest/back pain, and Dr. Hind’s introduced me to the Nitric oxide release (NOR) and active release technique (ART) which made for a better adjustment! He educated me and provided me with some at home exercises to prevent this reoccurring issue. I was very impressed with my overall experience! I am a former chiropractic assistant and front desk receptionist and my standards and expectations

Not only am I leaving my first appointment with a further range of motion than I walked in with, but I have a far greater understanding of what is wrong with my neck and back to begin with. Dr. Hinds spent time going over what he was doing each step of the way from why the muscles were in their current position to how we can correct them long term.

I won’t go anywhere else. Had an issue with my left shoulder for years. I’d previously gone to 3 other therapists who were unable to rehab my shoulder or release the pain I was feeling. After one session I noticed my shoulder releasing. After 6 sessions I had no pain at all and full mobility. Rapid Recovery noticed I had an anterior pelvic tilt that caused my hip flexors to pretty much not be engaged. That resulted in my hamstrings always being tight. Once my pelvis was properly adjusted, everything started to release. The other therapists I went to strictly focused on my shoulder. No one thought

Dr. Hinds is a true healer. I've been suffering from back pain for a long time. After just one session with Dr. Hinds, I felt 80% better. It usually takes about 4 to 5 visits of seeing a normal chiropractor to get those kind of results. His Active Release Technique treatment was amazing! I never realized how many problems I actually had until I walked out of his office feeling like a new man. Dr.Dexter Hinds really knows his stuff.

My experience at Rapid Recovery Care was amazing. Dr. Hinds did a back and neck adjustment to help with my chronic muscle tightness. He made me feel comfortable and he truly cared about my wellness. The front staff is friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this place for chiropractic services. They also offer IV therapy, and other athletic performance services.
