Johnathan Kirk is a realtor who you can trust and depend on. He was a realtor whom my wife and I met at an open house looking for our first home. Johnathan was very straightforward and welcoming. Anytime of the day we wanted to see a house he was there immediately. No excuses, just good service. I get home at work at 9am and saw a house online, we were in it within an hour or two. Jonathan Kirk is fabulous! Very attentive and extremely responsive. My husband and I were interested in a "fixer" at a very reasonable price, but when the "title" work presented problems he worked hard to try and clear all the roadblocks. About 2 months in we found another property. Twice as much as the fixer but amazingly renovated at a very high spec and on the market for a mere 3 minutes! Without much ado, he represented us in the new contract while still following through on the fixer. We knew we would get one or the other, but we wanted that beautiful renovated one...and we got it!
