Back in 2013 when I was an active Realtor, Geoff purchased one of my listings... a 5-unit apartment complex. (yes that was long ago but just circling back around to provide some feedback on my experience working with Geoff). He was very easy to work with and understanding towards my client's (the sellers) situation. Since there was a lot of parties involved (multiple owners), signing paperwork and making decisions was quit a struggle.
