Would not recommend this place for eyebrow threading. Inspite of asking the owner to only remove extra hair and keep my eyebrows thick, she still took off a lot and made them thin and uneven. She rushed through the entire thing and did not clean before or after. She also left quiet a few hair patches.

They over price just for doing you’re eyebrows. I thought they charged $5 but instead it’s like $20. The ladies who own the place judge and make you uncomfortable when you’re there. If you’re getting your eyebrows done, they just rush through it, don’t take thier time, don’t clean off all the little hairs, and they just want your money

Worst Brazilian wax experience of my life. I was absolutely shook coming out of this place. It was so grimy and unprofessional. They use this roll on wax stick that is heated in a plastic machine. It definitely didn't look like it'd ever been cleaned. The lady who waxed me seemed like she had never done a Brazilian wax before either. I had to stop her halfway and leave because I felt so uncomfortable with the whole experience and how unsanitary everything was. Please do yourself a favor and don't come here for waxing!

I came here for eyebrow threading and a wax. During the waxing, the lady - no joke - was eating a piece of fruit in the middle of applications. That (plus their wax setup in general) just seemed super unsanitary. The threading was ok - not bad but not great. Given the weird wax experience I have been turned off this place.

I used to go to this place, but I stopped going due to sanitary concerns! The place is EXTREMELY dirty and they do not follow proper hygiene at all. The waxing tools are not sanitized at all and the same tools are used on all customers!!!! Also, the waxing room was soooo dirty with hair everywhere and the linen on the table is not replaced/changed EVER! This place creeps me out and I would recommend you stay away! You are sure to get an infection if you go here for waxing! I do not recommend this place at all!

Eyebrow threading was not a disaster but not the best. Owner waxed my face while talking to customers on the phone- felt like a rushed job and obviously hurt since no instruction given at all to ensure my skin didn't pull.
My face was scabbed the next day in multiple areas but mostly from threading
Luckily the wax wasn't too hot- she didn't even ask me if I was okay
I am used to such poor customer service and basically rude aunties at threading places, but if you are going to charge these prices and have a shop in Mountain View I suggest working on your manners.

I have been coming here on and off lately its a hit or miss with the person you get for threading. I don't recall her name but the lady from Nepal is amazing I give her 5 stars! Request her when you call.
The reason why I am giving this place one stars is because of how filthy this place is. If you are the owner and reading this... CLEAN! The place is filthy especially the waxing area. Getting a wax here is an infection waiting to happen.

I am so sad to give this place 1 star because I have been coming here for 3 years now and have never had this bad an experience. Take a look at the picture under the photos section of this Yelp page to see the chunk of hair she took off of the middle of my brow.

I came in for eyebrow threading, and noticed a new lady working there in addition to the two people I normally go to. The new lady was assigned to me, and while she was threading my eyebrows, I felt a pinch in a place I normally don't feel it and was worried that part of my eyebrow was threaded off

Went to get my eyebrows done here - all I can say was that I was shocked when I saw the result. I asked to keep my brows thick (and well...symmetrical...needless to say!) and what I got was the following:
1. different thickness - one thin the other one thick
2. different level - one higher one lower
3. different length - one brow was way further from my nose than the other (giving me a huge / asymmetrical gap between the two brows - looked awful!)
Never coming back! Sure, it's only $10 to get your eyebrows done, but you can make yourself look terrible at home for free!

I strongly DO NOT recommend this place for the following reasons:
1. Not Hygienic
2. Beautician not well trained, and are in crazy hurry, the owner herself did my waxing and she burnt my under arm so bad that It left a big red burn rash for a week and a permanent darker skin tone mark.
3. Even after telling her I just want to remove unwanted hair from around the eyebrows she completely changed it and I blooded because she was very harsh while doing my eyebrows.
I would never every go to this place I wish I could take an action against the harm done to my skin.

My friend recommended me this place because I have never gotten my eyebrows threaded in the Bay Area before (I always do it when I fly back to Canada).
This place is great. The woman doing my eyebrows was attentive and took her time sculpting and trimming my brows. I even got a nice face massage at the end. Yes, the threading hurts a little more than I am used to, but it's not THAT bad. I am surprised at the reviews complaining about the pain. The salon is not super fancy, but the people there get the job done well.
I will come back here.

This review is only for the Brazilian. I typically go to a place in San Jose for a Brazilian, but due to work I didn't have time to make an appointment there and had to settle for the closest area before leaving for vacation.
