I would not recommend. I live 3 miles from here. After my 1st experience I will now I be transporting my bike an hour and a half away (70miles) for anything. Tom is a nice enough guy but knows zero about what he is doing. I was called 37 mins after my second call inquiry why my bike wasn't even touched. 37 mins later it was done for its' 1st service , at 700 miles which is a 2 1/2 hour service. He tried charging me for 3 1/2.???Not sure how all these 1st time services of torque specs and travel adjustments were done in this 37 mins for a 2 1/2 hr service with oil change. Follow-up review after completing purchase of second bike in the past 6 months. On the sales side Jordan was a pleasure to work with. No pressure, willing to work some numbers and just a great experience. Also thanks to Tom and the service guys for working me through some flame out and idle issues. Good group of guys and Elite will continue to be my go to shop for my GasGas and KTM bikes.
Nice shop and good "in person" customer service. Purchased 21 GasGas couple of months ago. Only complaint is online and over the phone response. Requested fan kit part availability information through website

Where to even begin....to start with Amy and Steve are nice people and all they run a great shop BUT DONT KNOW HOW TO TREAT EMPLOYEES (previous employee no longer working for them being I had Covid and have no choice to miss or not and had a family member pass away so I was let go for these reasons)......Amy and Steve state they care for there employees (certain employees they care for) but that’s a really big lie.... as being a previous employee of theirs I think people need to know the truth about what kinda people they are working for and buying products from. They may look like great people
