Not just for Saabs!!!! Anyone would be lucky to find an auto shop like EOS. I took my Subaru here for repairs, and a friend's Saab as well. They are honest, reliable, and genuine. I have always been charged fairly for parts and labor, and have found the service speedy and friendly. I struggled mightily in Denver to find a car repair place that was genuine and reliable -- and this is hands down the very, very best. No worries about being a woman -- they treat you the same. Every customer is valued. I could not recommend them more highly.

I found EOS as a Saab authorized service center to handle recalls which is hard to find in Northern Colorado. They handled my airbag recall perfectly, allowed me to schedule at a time convenient for me and being experts in Saab, had me in and out in under 30 minutes.
Once I met the staff I knew I would pick them to service my Saab any time I could make it work, I live 45 min away, but it is well worth the drive. Scheduling is great, urgent needs they will do what they can to get you in or you can set a time that works for you.
They are Saab enthusiasts and quality shows in pride of work. I

Sorry to add another 5 star review...but it is what it is. These people are the exception to the usual sad rule. Expect to get ripped-off?....Sorry, won't happen here. Expect to pay too much for an unnecessary service? Once again, you will be disappointed. What you WILL get is the attention, respect, and expertise of an extraordinary group of people dedicated to keeping your car on the road. I have owned a shop myself in the mid 90's and can speak with some authority on this matter.

The better of the two East of Sweden establishments. The Broomfield one really dropped the ball on me a few times, but these guys are on the ball, providing excellent customer service: fair prices, quality work, and reasonable turnaround times. I took my deteriorating Saab 9-3 to them, and beyond the essentials that I asked them to fix, they patched up a couple of tag lights and side markers free of charge. I love mechanics who don't nickel and dime me - great way to treat people, and all too rare in the auto service industry.

Fantastic automotive experience overall. These people got to know me and me them. They let me stay in the shop all day while they expedited getting my vehicle fixed same day. They are very honest hardworking people who are trying to save the customer money. If you are within 100 mile radius with a SAAB, it's worth it to take it here.

My son drove to Boulder a couple years ago with a 2005 9.5, my 4th one, now his. Our Saab mechanic back east referred us to EOS and we have been very pleased. About 10 years ago I stopped getting ripped off by the service depts at the big dealerships. Now I only use mechanics who actually drive and own Saabs. My son has had two tricky electrical issues and EOS fixed them at a fair price. He uses them for all work, oil changes, etc. and I'm confident he is getting good work done. The mother-son team are great.

We've owned several Saabs, and as many know, they often need a great deal of TLC. Son and mom team Bear and Christine at EOS are the best. They've had to trouble shoot some pretty ridiculous issues with our Saabs, and they've been nothing but gracious about getting the work done right. They're always accommodating and do great work at a fair price. We shopped around our Saab work quite a bit before finding them. Now we won't go anywhere else. I trust them wholeheartedly.

I have been going to EOS for many years with a number of Saabs I have owned, Bob & Mary are fantastic. They perform outstanding work, always are prompt with the service and tell you exactly whats going on coupled with what needs to be fixed, with fair pricing. Bottom-line - they care about SAABs and they care about their clients.

EOS pretty much rules. This family-run (and probably family-owned) business caters to SAABs and they really know their stuff. Bear will help diagnose and fix whatever is going wrong with your car and does a great job of letting you know what needs to be repaired immediately and what can wait awhile. If you have a SAAB, EOS is the place to go.
