Victorian Sales has been serving the Greater St Louis area for well over three decades now. Located just south of Interstate 270 in St Louis County, centrally located and easy to find and offers a wide selection of products and services, with experts who truly care about their customers needs. In May of 2010 I purchased Victorian Sales and since that time, have been steadily making some exciting changes to the business.
This included re-branding the business to the media, expanding the product line, installing more displays, including a second story fireplace display area and training more employees to serve the needs of customers - the goal of which is to offer customer's a great selection of quality products and the best service possible.

What about an open chimney? Did you ever wonder if things can get down your chimney vent? Well things can get in there, things like animals. Other debris can find its way into the chimney vent. A clogged chimney vent is not a good thing, even if its just partially clogged. You will not get the proper draft and you may soon find your house filling up with smoke.
Looking to get your unit serviced before the seasons change? Or perhaps you AC or furnace on its last leg? Whatever the reason may be, Victorian Sales can become your problem solver! We offer residential and commercial heating and cooling sales, service and repair. Our HVAC services include both new installation, service and repair for central AC units, heaters and furnaces.
Did you replace the batteries in your handheld clicker and the receiver box in the fireplace? Yes, certain models are bedroom approved - this varies by manufacturer - refer to the product brochure and manual. Yes, but prior to lighting in the Fall it is suggested that you clean the pilot head and gently blow compressed air through the pilot assembly to remove any dust or spider webs that may have accumulated over the Summer.

Victorian was recommended by another vendor which thought our installation would be difficult. Tandra helped with our product selection. Chad inspected and determined there would be no problem. Joaquin and his crew installed professionally. We are enjoying our new fireplace. We couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience.

Visited their showroom with issues with my gas logs. The sales rep asked me to email him the model information and photos that we reviewed while I was there (not sure why he couldn't write it down). Did that when I got home. He replied initially that he'd look into it and get back to me. I sent a follow up 4 days later. Still no response to this day. Went to Arnold Stove and Fireplace Center and have an appointment set up next week.

I can’t say enough great things about this company! After having trouble with other companies, Tandra and Joaquin worked so hard to ensure we got our fireplace installed fast and so efficient. They’ve jumped through hoops to make sure we were happy with our fireplace and I would recommend them to anyone. After a year of various updates to our home, Victorian Sales stood out BY FAR amongst other contractors and vendors. They were on time, clean, fast, so great to work with, and so responsive. They’ve gone above and beyond and we are so happy!

Terrible experience . Sales person was great, Kim. We bought two grills from her on Monday and we told her we needed to have delivery by thanksgiving. She asked if she could schedule Tuesday morning. We heard nothing Tuesday so around 3:00 I called and got a women who stated she could not help me she only answered phones. Se said Kim went home sick and had not heard from her to know if she would be in Thursday. I then asked if she was the only one that could check and see if we are scheduled. she stated Laura (i think that was the name) could but was with a customer. i asked to talk to the

We love our new wood stove. Chad was our sales person, the service we received from him was top notch. Phil and Billy the installers were fantastic. They took the time to make sure everything was on point. They were very professional! Victorian Sales has been very helpful and a pleasure to work with.
