Never again go to a big box store and buy a grill. I did and the next day regretted purchasing it after it took me 2 hours to assemble the thing. Next day I strolled in to hearthside showroom and was greeted immediately and got the help I needed. Luck had it there was a NG Napolean 500 on sale. They hooked me up with a great price and even delivered and installed for a better price. Same prices or sometimes better than big box stores and online retailers. Buy local and get better service and help out the community. I'll refer everyone to you guys. Thanks for the help even though I had two kids
