This place is my go to when throwing a party! I have rented tables, linens, napkins, wine glasses, fancy serving pieces, and even a stage. I didn't want to make the investment in any of these things, but I wanted a great party.
Excellent customer service, friendly and knowledgeable. They delivered everything which just makes it so much easier (when throwing a party you always think you have more time).
What I paid was more than reasonable (as in a fraction if I was going to buy it) and the delivery fee was less than what I would have paid to ship something on Amazon.

So disappointed in their customer service. I spoke with Lisa and reserved a table and chairs for pick up. When I arrived to pick them up she told me I needed to pick them up between 9-3 (now 4:30), and that I would have to pick them up tomorrow. I was never told of the pick up window, but would have probably come back to pick them up if there was just an ounce of sympathy or apologetic tone, instead it was a very dismissive, “your fault”, “sorry for your luck” attitude which was more of a turn off than actually not being able to pick up my order.

First time renting from them... very positive experience. Did try to get chairs and tables from other places but it was difficult.. some places do not allow pick up. All we needed was 15 chairs & 3 tables. Very easy! The associate inside (forgot name) was so helpful & gave recommendations based on the number of people we expected.
Would definitely recommend this place and will return for more business.

I was in desperate need of a dependable party rentals for my wedding in April when my venue changed unexpectedly. In a panic, I called around to a few different places to get information on how we could turn my backyard into an wedding venue. Most other companies were unwilling to work within my tight timeline.
Once I got Lisa on the phone from AC Party Rental, I felt like I was finally dealing with a professional. She was very knowledgable about the type of equipment we would need for our guest count and our space. She even helped me with finding other local vendors such as my caterer and DJ

Worst party rental company ever. do not use this company. they advertise knowledge and experience of jersey shore beach wedding set ups. greedy owners only out to make a buck and not care about customer service. took orders for something they knew were not allowed on the beach only to find out the city does not permit it, and refused to refund the difference.
