Nice products to choose from. I understand nonrefundable deposits. However, I don’t think it’s fair that they don’t at least credit you when you have to cancel an order. They just take your money and don’t even offer a credit. Won’t be patronizing again. Atlantic County rentals offers a credit though!

We rented a ton of tables, chairs, pop corn machine, and cotton candy machine for our daughter’s first birthday. When I called to order, the receptionist helped me figure out how much I needed to order. Also, they allow you to change your order if you need to add or take away certain items. The delivery drivers we absolutely amazing! They dropped everything off and set everything up then came back the following day to collect everything. They came early the next day so we didn’t have time to clean up the machines. The drivers were so nice and cleaned it up for us! The prices were reasonable

Last Friday August 21st, I tried renting a tent for Saturday morning. Because my father in law passed away. We were getting this so family members could gather outside. I canceled that with in 8 hrs because of COVID 19. Total was $399.84. They said their they have a no return policy but never explained that when I booked the tent. They didn't lose anything but they ate the money and refused to refund a old widowed lady's money. Its shameful for EHC to have a business that has a bad business practice. We request everyone to not use their services.
