Excellent customer services style and they do a good job with cleaning fitted carpets and Persian rugs. I also used them for mold remediation and dry wall repairs. They did a great job and Mike is very nice and patient.

We had a significantly damaged (with coffee) silver and gray silk wool area rug that we were positive could not be saved. Given the impossibility of cleaning silk wool, the company was honest with us on setting expectations, and somehow was able to successfully get all of the coffee and red wine stains out. We knew would lose most of the shine it previously had, however the team did a pretty incredible job saving the rug and it looks great.

DNA Pro Cleaning & Restoration (whom I found through the Angie site) was a pleasure to work with on every level. They were professional and prompt in setting up an appointment, arrived exactly on time, and did an excellent job cleaning a bedroom and loft area, along with stairs. Personnel with whom I talked were friendly and helpful; the person who cleaned the carpets was respectful of protecting surrounding areas, and the job was perfect. I asked them to add a protective coating after the cleaning, and that, too was handled as requested. Working with them was one of the best experiences I've had

Interacting with their staff was such a breeze (from the lady scheduling the appointment , to the gentleman who came over to inspect the house in order to provide the estimate and the technician performing the carpet cleaning) were friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and professional.

Before moving all carpets and floors had to be cleaned in our rented 5 bedroom house. DNA Pro Cleaning had the best customer rating in my area and they didn't disappoint. Throughout they kept me informed of the service they would provide and they showed up exactly on time both times I met them. The cleaning was efficient and quick, and the older carpets and floors looked almost like new when they were done. Expect to pay a premium price for this service....but in my view it was worth every cent.
