If I could give 6 stars, I would. If I had more than 2 thumbs, I'd give more than 2 thumbs up. The folks at Express Auto Electric are honorable people and choose the path of doing the right thing, the right way. I was informed that the mechanic stayed past closing time to finish up and check the systems to ensure the fix was complete. I had constant communication with Bill from the time I left my truck to the call to say it was ready to go. They now have a customer for life and will get my recommendation anytime someone asks. After initially having a very poor experience with the servicing of my 335i Bob the owner did even he could to make me a happy customer. Even with hiccups he maintained his professionalism and care for his business. Doc is one of master techs there and is very knowledgeable. Best advice is if you can speak with the tech who will be servicing your vehicle or Bob DIRECTLY to voice your concerns to ensure their are no miscommunications. Miscommunications cost me quite a bit. I had an electrical issue that caused other issues and Doc got me sorted. Reasonably priced if you know what you want done and

I have a car that is pretty proprietary for parts & service. I dislike dealing with the dealership, especially as there is only one in this area that will service my car. I can't thank and recommend this place enough! I came in needing a inspection, plus electrical work done on my Mercedes. I already had a quote for $1,500 from one body shop and another quote from the Mercedes dealership for over $2,500. I was just going to have the Mercedes dealership take care of everything that way I knew it would be done right. My husband said hold on he found a really good place let's go and check them out. Brought in my Infiniti in that had issues with the aftermarket airbag suspension tank/wiring that was installed by a different shop. The electrical component had stopped working and the tank wasn't holding air. Express Auto staff kept great communication with me from start to finish with updates on what was going on with my car. Overall satisfied with the work done and experience with the staff. Definitely will return if I have any other issues in the future and would recommend others to bring their vehicles to this location.

I have been taking my Subaru Baja to express Auto electric since 2013. I've always had good experiences with the work. Its a little pricey but good work usually is. This month I took my car in for an A/C service. I wasn't satisfied. Normally I smile don't say anything and go somewhere else. But not this time I was angry I had trusted these people for years I was like what gives now. I even said some things about Bob and his business that were unwarranted. My financial situation has taken a downturn I was very frustrated and it showed.

This is the worst experience I ever had! I went to this place to have my annual car inspection. They told me that I needed to change three tires, they quoted me for $149 per tire. I knew that I could find a better price, so I turned down the offer. After I changed my tires from other shop, and came back to do the re-inspection. They gave me such hard time! First, they made me to wait for at least about11/2 hour.
