I've been a State Farm Insurance Agent for the majority of my entire career, spanning 32 years. It was my first job after graduating college, and my passion for helping people find the right coverage has only grown since. I'm proud to serve the residents of Ada, MI and the greater Grand Rapids area-in fact, I help customers in communities as far as 30 miles away.
My office covers everything from homeowners insurance, condo insurance and car insurance to small business insurance, renters insurance and life insurance. We are based in Ada but also offer insurance in Cascade, Lowell, Alto, Middleville, East Grand Rapids and the greater Grand Rapids area. My team in Ada is friendly, knowledgeable and licensed, and we have a passion for helping customers both old and new protect what they value most.

I have been using this State Farm office since I moved to Grand Rapids nearly 8 years ago. From proactively identifying savings on my car insurance, helping me when I switched over to a new car and purchased a new home- they have always been incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. On several occasions they've taken the time to provide multiple quotes and walk me through various scenarios so I'm confident I end up with the optimal coverage for my unique situation. They always make it easy and have remained competitive throughout the years.

I have been with Paul Ortez group for 13 years with my auto, home, and now my travel trailer. I have never found better rates anywhere else. I am very happy with the service from the State Farm team at this office! Made it super easy to get a quote and then later the same day start my new policy.
