I am a proud third generation State Farm Agent. I like helping this community with their insurance needs because it is so rewarding to educate people in areas they are unfamiliar with. I am a Western Michigan University graduate and a father to three children who attend Caledonia Schools. I like to get involved locally so I volunteer coach for Upward basketball and football.

My bill has been incorrect for months now and hasn't been resolved (4 months so far). I've left several messages and spoken with them several times in regards to this matter and it never gets fixed. When I leave messages half the time I'm lucky to even get a call back. This past month I waited for Brett to return my call about my balance due...since my bill is still screwed up and no one can tell me what my balance is. He never returned my call and I just received a letter of cancelation because he still has not called to take my payment or to let me even know what I owe in the first place. I've

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. After countless months of “trying” to correct my bill after State Farm’s MISTAKE!!!! It’s still not right had to switch agency’s because of the spin moves put on by that branch. (Word of advice) stay far away as possible from this office. For the people saying he prolly never paid my bill. News flash I’ve never missed anything.

I would recommend this agency to anyone! I have never had any trouble and am always well cared for here. My insurance agent, Cory, is great and I highly recommend him. I've needed a tow and/or service help on several different occasions and he always does whatever he can to help me out. Everyone is always easily accessible by email or phone and they all have really good communication. I have been asked several times by family to switch companies and join coverage together to save some money... but I refuse to simply because I know I wouldn't be able find a better insurance agent or company who
