A Tucson native, Dr. Brei has 30 years of experience as a general and cosmetic dental clinician. He attended undergrad at the University of Arizona, and graduated from Loyola School of Dentistry in Chicago with honors in 1991. Our team is dedicated to patient health and wellness.

I first learned of Dr. Brei when I asked my son's orthodontist who he'd recommend as a dentist. He gave me Dr. Brei's name and office number. Turns out, Dr. Brei is the family dentist for our orthodontist. I knew from the get go this would go well, because I consider our orthodontist the best ever -- so whoever works on HIS teeth must be pretty great.
I was right!
That was twenty years ago. I like Dr. Brei even more now because my initial impressions (no pun intended) have been replaced with the longevity of consistently excellent work and expert care.

My regular dentist retired suddenly and I started being seen by another dentist in his group practice.
The new dentist said I required crowns on one front tooth and the one next to it because of 3 old silver fillings on the back side of the teeth with a lot of cracks expanding out from the fillings.
My insurance refused to pay anything for this treatment so I went back to see another dentist in the group practice who said that the fillings just needed to be replaced.
Because I never wanted to see the original dentist again I sought out another dental practice.
Dr Brei came highly recommended

This is the dentist office you want to go to! Professional, caring people who treat you like family. I highly recommend Dr Brei and his staff as my family and I have been happy here for years. Dr Brei is top notch and always takes the time to explain what he is doing (not that I really want to know, I'm a big chicken in the chair) but he usually is finished before I knew what hit me so thanks again you guys are fantastic!

BEST DENTIST I'VE EVER HAD! I have had teeth problems all my life. Dr Brei managed to save and reconstruct two "hopeless" teeth of mine...for the same price as a regular crown. He also gives the option of gold crowns. Plus, his staff is very friendly (Hi Yanni!) and quite professional. Finally, Dr Brei has a superb chairside manner and is a genuinely nice person...who loves dentistry and helping people. Highly recommended!!

I highly recommend Dr. Brei and his wonderful staff. From the moment you walk through the door you see smiles and very helpful receptionists. I've been on a long journey with major health issues. I am a cancer patient and one year ago I was on a very heavy duty dose of chemo that caused me to pass out in our bathroom and fall straight onto my face. I broke my upper jaw bone and ended up losing four front teeth because of the injury. Dr. Brei and his caring staff helped me every step of the way through the year long reconstructive process. Dr. Brei and his entire team are top notch! His office is up to date with the latest equipment and very comfortable as well. Dr. Brei has been my dentist for 22 years and I am continually impressed with him and his dental assistants. They make me feel like I am the most important person in the room, even though there are always many patients there.
I recently received my fourth gold crown from Dr. Brei and it went seamlessly! Even the novocain shot did not hurt and Dr. Brei and his terrific assistant, Yani, often checked in with me to see how I was doing during the procedure.

Absolutely phenomenal dentist! Uses the best, highest quality products. His staff is absolutely lovely. They do run behind pretty much always, but it's because he's spending time with the patients, including you when it's your turn. they have a good array of movies that you can watch while recording in your chair if you have a longer procedure.

I hate the dentist normally, like I am deathly afraid! This is the only office that I have felt very well taken care of and put at ease. They are up to date on the newest techniques that really take care of your teeth. They are not out to get your money like many dentists, they care more about you as a patient. My old dentist had said between my husband and I that we had four cavities, a crown to fix, and a possible root canal and quoted tons of money. With Dr. Brie we had three cavities and paid hundreds of dollars less!

Went for my teeth cleaning today with Megan (who is awesome!!). An old filling was cracked with a cavity next to it. Dr. Brei was on vacation, so I had an opportunity to meet the new dentist at the practice...Dr. Karley Schneider. She was wonderful! Very professional & knowledgeable with a kind, calm demeanor. She did a great job on my filling! It looks beautiful and feels great. I think she's a great addition to this office!! As always, Martha was super wonderful. She's so knowledgeable and always makes me feel so comfortable. Great office, great staff!!!

My teeth were in bad shape from years of neglect and poor dentistry. My front teeth were a mess and one had been knocked loose. It was dead and discolored. My wife recommended I see Dr. Brei and he completely transformed my smile. I did NOT want super white or the fake looking chiclet teeth that so many people have. I'm amazed with the results. He did a fantastic job! Now, I go to his office for all of my regular check-ups. He and his staff always make sure my visits are comfortable and painless.

Beware! If you value your money and Teeth I advise you to not trust the positive reviews and to go with one of the many good dentists in Tucson.
1) He makes new patients sign multiple legal wavers so that you have ZERO chance of any legal compensation once his negligence becomes evident. Other dentists in Tucson do NOT do this predatory practice.
2) He rotates bad dental hygienists. One of his regulars crack two of my front teeth. Yet they acted as if I was mistaken, even when viewing the teeth with a camera, which blatantly showed the damage. Beware!

My best friend recommended Dr. Brei after I moved here from Houston. I was in awe of his state of the art facilities. I don't know how they do everything without any pain at all. He and his staff are so gentle and kind! I have had several crowns done by Dr. Brei (while watching a movie for each one) NO PAIN and he made sure not to let any gold show when I smiled. Bethany is my usual hygienist and is quick yet very thorough. My teeth sparkle when she's finished.

When I needed some work done on my teeth, I asked a few dental hygienists. They all told me the best Dentist in Tucson is Dr. Brei. I went in and set up a plan to get my mouth healthy. His staff is the nicest I've ever dealt with. Dr. Brei is incredible! I can't say enough great things about his work and his team. My teeth have never been in better shape. My wife and all my friends are now patients of his.
