Friendly and professional staff. I’ve been hunting for my “to go to” nail salon for the past 2 months. I’m not looking anymore; OK Nails is awesome! Wendy’s work is exactly what I wanted and the execution was flawless. My hands/nails look absolutely beautiful-and well made. I will continue to get my nails done by them and no one else.

Came here for the first time. Nail clippers they used were not sterile or even remotely clean. Had stuff stuck in them. Color I chose was not what I got. Needed one nail extended and it broke within 3 days. Dip all cracked in a week. . Only went here because they had an opening when I needed it but will never go there again.

My feet are so happy, I went with the callus pedicure because my feet were so dry and now they feel so smooth, I also got a full set of acrylics and I love them, a gentleman did them and he was so kind and took his time making sure the shape was flawless and did an amazing paint job! I highly recommend checking them out, they have TVs so you can watch a movie while getting you nails done!

My 7 y/o grandaughter, 40 y/o daughter and I went there today. We were not impressed and will not go back. Mani pedi was $45 for me and $40 for my 7 y/o. Water was cold had to ask 3x to make it hotter, not very friendly, they did not offer any water or the massage on chair. I had to ask for the massage controller
All furnishings are very dated. Not much choice for colors. Did not use grator on bottom of feet until i insisted. I will not go back.

My best friend and I went here the other day for our usual nail day. All she got done was a simple gel manicure on her real nails. They turned out good except she knew she needed another coat of polish as you can see right through the coats that they put on. She was told she did not need another coat of polish and they were fine. She was not happy with that.

This is my favorite nail salon in Concord. I love the owners. The other staff is also great. They all talk to the customers too so it's not like most nail salons where no one talks and it's akward and silent. I tried the DIP for the 1st time. It was $30 not bad price. Again I love this place and so will you!!

I have been going here for months to get my nails done. It was the second visit for my daughter. I needed to get my nails redone because they had been on for awhile. The soaking removal process took time but the girl who did my nails made sure she was gentle with my real nails. I usually get a couple of cuts when getting my nails done but they are small and my nails always come out looking great. I get many compliments on my nails

Came in mid-week for a gel polish change. Staff was friendly and accomodating and they did a great job on my nails. The gentleman kindly went back and smoothed over a bump on my nail when I asked, even after the polish had been cured and needed to be redone. I had a very nice experience and it was their prices that brought me in to begin with! At only $10 for the gel polish change and $5 for gel removal, they are much more affordable than other salons in town *and* my nails look wonderful. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I went to Ok Nails for the first time a couple weeks ago because my usual spot was closed and they had coupons, but I will never go back. The salon seemed really nice, nice staff and big TVs. I went in for a shellac manicure and the UV light that is supposed to be used is apparently a sensor light so it kept going in and out the whole entire time. My manicure lasted me less than five days! I had a chip in my nail the day I got it done. No thank you.

I've been to OK Nails several times over the years since I moved to NH. I have a crazy schedule, so it's difficult to plan in advance which is one of the reasons I still go there. I've rarely ever had to wait for a chair but mind you, I usually only get a pedicure. I don't do acrylics or gel nails, so I can't offer an opinion on that service.
I have always been satisfied with the quality of their work, and I've rarely ever had the same technician. I've also been satisfied with cleanliness of their salon. I've been to most of the walk in salons in Concord

I called and made an appointment for me and three colleagues to have mani and pedis done, a little bonding time. From the moment we walked in it was bad. The place has a bad odor when you walk in ( no it was not the typical nail smell). We were told to pick our color, in a not nice tone, yet I dismissed this due to the language barrier and maybe even the gender difference.

Today was the first time I had ever gone here --- overall, I would say I had a fair experience. I didn't think the quality was that great --- but the prices were low, so I believe a 3/5 rating is probably the most accurate.
I would recommend this place to a friend --- but I wouldn't recommend it to someone who's a perfectionist about their nails. The reason being --- the technician didn't clean under my acrylic nails (I got a fill) and he did a very poor job painting them and didn't clean up a lot of the edges around the nail.

Dirty dirty dirty! This place grossed me out. It is dusty and filled with flies and dirty laundry. There is food strewn about and it's a breeding ground for an infection. Enjoy your manicure, pedicure and a bacterial infection.

Ok Nails is a nice, clean nail salon. The staff, especially the greeter, are very friendly. They have an extensive selection of OPI color, and what I appreciate the most is their tendency to have new collections (which is hard to come by in a lot of NH nail salons). I generally get a mani/pedi combo which is reasonably priced. I have gotten acrylics a couple times and they held up wonderfully - when it was time for the fakies to go, I went back to Ok Nails and they took them off for $5. A few times after a manicure the polish has chipped soon after, and if it's under a week just go back
