Everyone raves about this place so I had to try it …. Nails were really sloppy and smudged. Zoom in on the pictures. I showed a picture of very short very rounded nails. These were just not at ALL what I asked for. Going today, the very next day, to glossy nails in Bedford to get them corrected. UGH so disappointing.

I have been a repeat customer to Impulse for almost 2 years. I went less than a week ago to get a dip manicure, unfortunately this time my experience was not good. Less than two days later three of my nails had chipped, I choose the Dip Powder to avoid this problem. At my appointment my nail tech rushed my appointment, did not once try to communicate with me but instead spoke to someone on the phone through his airpods, and at the end of my appointment asked me if I could pay with Venmo and not Credit Card to avoid fees. The nail salon was able to see me quickly and o was seated with Anthony. He was wonderful. Gentle with my hands and made my nails look beautiful for the upcoming wedding I am in. Anthony was friendly and professional, I will be going back soon.

I don’t get my nails done very often, but I know what constitutes a good manicure. I didn’t get one here. I had a dip manicure done. The technician did not trim any of my cuticles, got color and clear coat all over my fingers where I had to go home and scrape it off with clippers and a nail file. What a mess. I do NOT recommend this salon. It seems to be a “hurry and do the manicure and off to the next customer “ kind of place.

Being apart of a bridal party, my aunt gave me and my mother $30 gift cards to get nails done. I called the day before requesting an appointment for 2 full sets. Anyone that knows me is aware of my nail obsession. I have had either dip or acrylic for the past 7 or 8 years. I decided to give my nails a rest and try a gel manicure. Hannah took her time, did a beautiful job cleaning up around the nail bed, and did the most precise French tip! She'll be my go to!

I’ve been going to Impulse for 3 years now and love this place. I have recently started seeing Tina because I got her randomly a couple weeks ago and have requested her three times since then. She is amazing, and so nice, I absolutely love how my bails turn out when she does them!

I used to go here to get my nails done all the time. They do a really great job. Jimmy is my favorite nail tech and always took care of me. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area again.

Both the girls who did my manicure and pedicure were thorough! My nails are shaped perfectly, and I have no hang nails! It was an excellent birthday gift.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely the worst place I have ever been. I got a gel manicure, not even 2 weeks I have 1 completely broken nail and 4 chipped/cracked nails. This is never happened before. The man who wrapped my nails (for maybe 5 mins) then filed the polish off clearly filed the strength away also. Would not recommend.

I chose this nail salon over the many others in the area because of its glowing reviews, both online and on the street. Scheduling my appointment was a breeze because they are open 9-7 which accommodates most work schedules, and I was seen within 3 minutes of arrival. Though many reviews mentioned Jimmy, my appointment was with Andy and I absolutely could not be more pleased. I opted for powder dip with a simple design (courtesy of Pinterest) and Andy knocked it out of the park! Very gentle touch and pleasant personality. Love this place!!! My gel nails never stay for more than a week. Since going here my gel nails last more than 3 weeks. It is clean and friendly place. Plus it's so easy to make an appointment online!

I have been coming to this salon since Mindy and Jimmy bought it a few years ago. They offer all services at great prices and are efficient. Every service takes the right amount of time- enough to be relaxing, not rushed, and not too slow. One time my gel nails turned brown after about a day. I called and asked if I could have them fixed and Jimmy took care of it right away! Weird fluke as my nails never turn colors. I switched to the dip on my nails because I love how long it lasts. Huge selection of colors for all types! Currently loving my gold glitter dip!

The staff is incredibly talented. My nails come out great every time. They don't rush and have pride in their work. Prices are reasonable.

This is my third time coming here, all three times getting the dip powder. The first time I went, it was great! The last two times I had gotten Hannah and I have not been happy with my nails. The last time there were minor issues, nothing to really complain about, but this time is just unacceptable. I have recommended people here for Jimmy, but I don't think I'll be returning.

LOVE this place! I've been to nail salons all over the country and let me tell you it's been a doozie finding one I like in NH. A friend recommended Impulse, so I decided, "what's the worst that could happen?" NOTHING! It was SPECTACULAR!
