An update of my review... i guess they cleaned house one way or another with their legal staff and the new staff have been very helpful with taking my calls, calling me with info and updates and trying to bring my case to a close after almost a year of nonsense... Ken is now helping me and so far so good! ..3 star due to the high fee of 40% unlike most law firms at 33.3% Will update with a final review after case is closed.

It's great to have somebody who knows what they're doing on your side after an accident. When I got hurt the last thing I wanted to deal with an insurance company or the person who had caused my accident. I just wanted to get better. I remember being extremely stressed after the car accident and I don't know if I could have recovered had I not had McElfish Law fighting for me.
