Isai was amazing. I ran into a bad blockade with the IRS over 83K they felt I should be taxed on and I felt I should not. After much back and forth, I admitted I am but one man and they are a huge machine that doesn't really seem able to listen.
When I ran out of options with them I turned to Isai for an opinion. He examined my file, asked me many questions, helped me identify what I needed to make a solid case, and then argued on my behalf.

I reached out to Isai in the middle 2017 to get some help fighting a tax issue I had with the IRS. For several months prior I had tried to handle the situation myself thinking the IRS can't be that bad. I even got my accountant involved but for every representative I spoke to at the IRS I would be sent down a different path. Just to update everyone.
3 hours after I posted the truth on yelp, we got our 3rd and final payment of $120 refunded to us. I called him out on his blatant lies and hypocrisy.
I went to their office on January 8th to pick up all our original documents. Finally done with this!
After being harassed and inundated with emails and texts demanding we pay $1000, starting November 16, 2017, we had decided to only pay $120. As we are reasonable people, however we disagreed about owing anything additional, as he told us we didn't have to pay anything extra in Sept 2017.

I literally called Bismark shortly after 8:30 am on SUNDAY afternoon and got no answer. One minute later, Isai called me right back! I told Isai my situation and he was very honest with me. So honest that he told me that I don't need his services and could employ the help of someone else at a much cheaper price. I truly appreciate his honesty and all the wonderful advice he gave me on how to proceed in my situation. Trust me don’t use anyone else but Bismark Tax. I used my tax preparer for two separate IRS audit years because his service included free audit representation. Big mistake, especially seeing my preparer was an Enrolled Agent not a CPA or Attorney like Isai at Bismark. My preparer gave me horrible advice which lead the IRS to drag in a third year to audit which was not smart at all. I of course fired my preparer and hired Bismark Tax immediately. I was really rattled after my initial encounter with the IRS auditor, and called Isai after reading some reviews on yelp. He was very helpful, and took my case on, even though it was a rather small amount of tax due. I wanted a tax attorney to handle this, someone to push back against what i saw as an abusive, uncooperative auditing session. Isai at Bismark Tax is the best tax attorney in the entire Los Angeles area. I was 8 years behind on my taxes and was, unbeknownst to me, on the short list to have a sheriff come knocking on my door. When I contacted Isai, he called the IRS and when they told him about the sheriff, he was able to freeze that process, quite possibly saving me from some jail time. He was also able to not only get the entire 8 years of taxes straightened out and current but he somehow managed to get me approximately $5,000 of refunds total.. he even knew how to handle my state taxes despite the fact that i had lived
