To request services, please call our office during normal business hours and one of our friendly staff will assist you in scheduling your visit. Our providers are in private practice and set their own appointments within the open business hours. We will ask demographic information at the time of your call and request you give a brief description of your difficulties in order to place you with an appropriate provider.
