I personally would not recommend this company. The appraiser, Andrew, miscalculated the square footage on my house, and stated he can't take land values into consideration in the appraisal. When we got the first report back there were many errors (more than just wrong sqft on my house). I would recommend if your mortgage company uses these guys request someone else. If you do have to use them, GO THROUGH THE REPORT WITH A FINE TOOTH COMB. The report and audit we received was sloppy work. I understand (per Andrew's words) "There is a stack of appraisals that need to be gone through at the office
