Dance styles range from eastern folks dances (including Han and Tibetan, Mongolian, Uygur, Korean, Dai, Yi dances) to western dances (including Ballet, Flamenco, Jazz, Hiphop). Music classes include vocal, musical theater, choir, instruments and music programming technology.

Services
Jun Lu Performing Arts, also known as Jun Lu Dance Studio and New Arts, advocates and promotes mutual understanding and appreciation through languages of the arts. Our programs, through the beautiful arts of motion and sound, encourage passion, creativity thinking, and team spirit besides the learning of basic and advanced techniques.
Our dance and music summer camp features an intensive and fun dance and music program that aims to enable a leap in artisctic expressiveness and creativity for the campers. It combines the best of professional-level instruction with rich routines to be featured in live theater/outdoor performance and maybe competitions.

Jun Lu Performing Arts is one of the best dance studios in the bay area. Classes for dancers of all ages and levels are offered, as long with a variety of dances including Chinese, hip hop, contemporary, etc. The dance school currently has 3 studios, as the school facility has been improving overtime. The dance studio also has a growing number of competition teams which offer life-long experiences for these dancers. Many people claim how these teachers are "mean", "harsh", and rude, but honestly, it's just their teaching style may be a bit more strict, since they want to see the best out of their

My child and many of her school friends have been dancers at Jun Lu Performing Arts together for many years. The girls have grown up together and all the parents have become good friends too. We love the studio and the teachers here! The new studio is so big and bright! Kids are practicing hard these days as the Christmas recitals are around the corner. We cannot wait!!

The teacher is rude and harsh to students. Much of the teacher’s criticism is unwarranted and does nothing to improve dancing abilities. If you want your child to be a mediocre dancer, this is the place for you. The studio consists of mainly toddlers because once they get older, those who actually want to dance competitively will move to another studio.

My daughter started to dance at Jun Lu Performing Arts when she was 3. She joined the Jun Lu Dance competition team when she was 7. She has competed for 7 consecutive years. Now she is in high school but still enjoys competing with her team year around. There are 9 competition teams now in the studio, aged from 5-17. I am proud to be a dance mom at Jun Lu Performing Arts :-)

So many teachers, making a wide variety of teaching styles. Classes are well beyond worth it, I go here myself so I know it. Large studios and friendly beginners to. kids to teens to high schoolers. Adults can even come here for exercise!
Here to learn dance professionally? Join a competitive team, total 7. Teams have won numerous awards, grand champions and first places almost every competition, but the NATIONAL grand champion! Beaten so many other studios, choose the JLPA over other choices.
Just sayin, the teachers are kind but helpful. They teach efficiently and have wonderful choreography
