We arrived at our cottage and we had no water. Dean was fantastic in helping me eliminate some of the easy things to check to make sure it wasn't something simple to avoid a service call. He spent 15 minutes patiently helping me through some of these to try to get us running. Unfortunately, it wasn't something simple. He scheduled service, kept in touch letting us know when to expect him and was able to install a new pump. This was the first time we needed service on our pump and the first time we have ever done any business with Rhinelander Well Drilling but based on my experience, I would highly
